We got there but never had the chance to stay for they gave our room away with reservations we had months ago. They did put us in their sister hotel The Meville which was even better for we had a suite apartment. Beautiful, with a courtyard. We had the most wonderful time in Hotel Machado. My husband and I, without prior reservations, got the last room available here in the busy season. The room was very disappointing and not at all worth the price. Very musty and damp, very dirty, amazing amounts of dust everywhere, and no hot water in the shower-just barely warm. We found one of the managers to be very personable, helpful... More

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in the middle of historic Mazatlan! I stayed at this place for three days in august and wish I had more time to enjoy a pleasant environment it provides. The hotel itself was clean and air conditioned. Stylish enough and basic enough to meet our budget as backpackers.
