We booked this hotel through a Northwest Airlines vacation package. We paid for a mountain view room, but were given an ocean view room on arrival. It was the low season, and it was mostly Mexican families who were on vacation. Our room overlooked the infinity pool with swim up bar. We ate at the hotel restaurant overlooking the ocean....

We actually stayed in the Timeshare area of the Hotel. It was a nice unit, good sized studio. The bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was fine, but don't expect any water pressure. There is a dehumidifier in the room. Since we were there in the summer, it got full several times and I had to empty it into the...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn May 2-16, 2007 and loved it. We agree with all the good things that calgarypair wrote, but not the bad. We didn't experience any of the concerns that they had 1-5. #6 is absolute truth. We went to the little market on the right hand side of the hotel There was only a lot...

The grounds were immaculately clean and staff very attentive to ensuring it stayed that way. 3. Great poolside service with very attentive wait...

We just returned from 7 days (3/28-4/5) at the Holiday inn Sunspree. We had a great time and found the hotel suited us to a "T". We prefer smaller hotels but expect the amenities of the bigger properties. The Sunspree did not disapoint. We had an Oceanview room on the fourth floor. Nice clean room with a great shower and...

My wife and I recently got back from a trip to this hotel where we stayed for a week. As it was my first trip outside of North America I was pretty green when it comes to what to expect from a vacation of this type. I read many many reviews here and got a good deal on the vacation...

We just got home from our second visit to the Holiday Inn Sunspree. We were very happy with our stay both times... the staff are very kind and even remembered us! The waiters are always very gracious and so grateful for their tips.. we enjoyed chatting with them and getting to know them better. I even enjoyed the vendors... up...
