Our waiter,Aldo was great, made our lunch experience at the pool fantastic. The first time I heard of a Crazy Bird. It went down like a smoothy , but at2 for 1 that was it. Everyone at the hotel was warm and gracious. Would definTely return.

Spent week Mayan Palace with friends in a two bedroom street side room. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Concierge set up fishing trip and sunset catamaran cruise which both turned out to be a great time. Would love to go back soon.

This was our first time here. We have been to many places with Vidanta and were unsure how this one would be. Pleasantly surprised. First few days we found to be very quiet. Next 2 weeks we enjoyed our visit. No hassles with time share people. Food on site was well prepared and presented by Victor. At the pool Christian...
