Ana, Rafael, Pedro, Yoco Loco, Johnathon, Delise, Antonio, and all the other staff are the best I've ever had! Everyone is friendly, the activities are always fun! The resort is beautiful and the water is perfect in the pools and on the beach. I will make sure to come back as soon as I can!

We always have a great time when we visit Mazatlan, Mexico, the resorts and grounds are always beautiful and well manicured, the food is excellent and the resort staff is always outstanding. I would like to take this opportunity though to say that the Activities Department (Ana / Dalice / Nadia / Walter) of the Mayan Palace made our trip...

From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I registered a guest through RCI because he arrived 4hrs prior and was able exchange our suite for 2 single rooms overlooking the pool and ocean view. The resort exchanged booked suite without any additional costs. I would say that Ana and Rafael...

This is THE Mayan Palace to go to. It was the original Mayan Palace, and should be the Mandatory Location for training the staff of the other Locations. When riding up to the Mayan in the Cab, I remarked to my wife that I was already getting upset because I knew all the hassle we get at the Mayans. We...

We are members of the Vindanta Group and we realize that a Mayan Palce is not like the Grand Mayan and a huge step down from the Grand Bliss, but Vindanta is missing the mark on this property. We have been coming to Mazatlan for over 15 year and in the past few years tourism has really increased. So I'm...

The studio rooms do not have a fridge, micro or coffee maker. To get one, we stayed in a one bedroom at the sea breeze. Big mistake. We were in three rooms there... all had little bugs in the kitchen. One room didn't have a curtain covering a filthy window, every day we needed to call for maintenance for something.....

We are owners at Vidanta. When we arrived at the check in desk, they would not give us an ocean view. In order to get a ocean view room, we had to attend a time share meeting. When we checked in they told us that there were no ocean view rooms available. As soon as we told them that we...
