Very well oriented by the sea and with very beautiful view. Everything is in walking distance. You can enjoy the sea and the night life. The hotel for sure needs renovation and better cleaning, But the rooms are big if that matters. The employees are friendly and willing to help.

Large table is just to the left. appliances are shut off.
is the beach area in front of the hotel safe for swimming/playing in?
Well, there was a red flag posted indicating 'unsafe' conditions but I had the idea it was there permanent. There were some boys surfing and sometimes a family, who went into the sea till abt knee level. I didn't see anybody swimming. But with the great pool at the beach side, there is no need either.
