Pepe´s Hideaway is a gorgeous place to stay in. The cabanas are excellent, we got a wonderful one with a king size bed on the lower floor and a suspended queen bed on the loft part of it. It had a terrace overlooking the ocean and coffee was ready and served for us in the balcony when we woke up...

We loved Pepe's Hideaway and Pepe, himself. He is a lovely American hiding away in Mexico whose mission is spoiling all of his visitors. His whole theory is that "if we don't have what you want today, we will have it for you tomorrow" and he does. We celebrated my husband's birthday while we were there. He asked my husband...

It's really as great as the reviews. We went into full on relaxation mode and hung out at Pepe's for a week. We didn't do much of anything, which was pure bliss. Pepe's is beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow nearest to the water (number 2) and it was in our opinion the best. The beach in La Punta is...

First of all, the service was excellent. I got in touch with Pepe very last minute about getting a group of 8 people in and he was very helpful and accommodating. He also helped us organize a chauffeur service for the week at a good price and that allowed us to go ATVing (very fun), surfing, and on a tour...

We love to get off the beaten path and Pepe's met all our expectations and then some. What a gem of a spot! We have traveled to numerous out of the way places in Mexico and Pepe's is by far the best. SO beautiful and relaxing!! From the moment of arrival you feel at home. Pepe and Speedy are the...

Pepe and God have created heaven on earth at this wonderful place. All the facts stated before are so true. We met some very interesting, happy, fun people. Awesome food at every meal. This place is a bargain at the price for all that you get. All the views, food, booze and friends are sooo worth it!! Also very private...

I can't think of a better place to stay if you just want to get away. We spent four days relaxing and being "spoiled" by Pepe and his wonderful staff. If you are looking for one of the big resorts with that sterile feel, this is not your place. It oozes character from the moment you get out of the...

After reading maybe 3 dozen of the Trip Advisor all favorable reviews, upon arrival here, we still got more at Pepes Hideaway, Manzanillo than expected: Great food & unlimited booze --all included with the price.—We experienced interesting, wonderful fellow (no kids!) guests in this 6 cottage establishment. 5 star service, sound of waves, primitive chic opulence, views, private beach, hot...

I studied in Colima in 1999 and was looking for a place to stay on vacation that was going to give me a genuine "Mexican" experience, not an "American vacation" in Mexico. Pepe's was perfect for this. The food was wonderful and authentic Mexican food with the best/freshest ingredients; and being in Manzanillo meant that the majority of people we...

Welcome to Pepes Hideaway ... a private nature reserve in Manzanillo, Mexico offering accommodations in luxury thatched-roof bungalows with spectacular views and awesome sunsets - all nestled in a tropical garden of giant coconut palm trees, towering cacti, brilliant bougainvillea, and producing banana tress.
