We stayed at this resort for 10 days in early December, 2016. Our room was in the Mar section, which offered a nice view over the bay. The hotel was only around 25% full, so I’m not sure why they placed us in a second...More
You are almost always guarantee hot weather from November to end of March for sun tanning and lots of space for walking and hiking. You could also play tennis and other sports if you so desire to sweat even more. Also, nice beaches for snorkeling.
Nice hotel with three pools. Different restaurants and activities.
The hotel offers European Plan with breakfast included or a Plan All Inclusive.
It has three or four different beaches too.
To get to your room you need to take a little car from the lobby....More

Great beach for swimming and snorkelling. Food was very good and plentiful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. No vendors or time share salespersons on the site which was quite refreshing from past holidays in other areas of Mexico.

They offer three different alternatives: room only, room plus breakfast buffet, and all inclusive. If you plan on eating most (all) of your meals on site, the all inclusive is definitely the way to go as "per meal" pricing on their meals is quite high compared to what you would pay in town (a $3-4 cab ride away, each direction). Just be sure of what you are getting when you book. If it does not say "all inclusive" it is NOT. Golf is at a single course. I so not know the rate, but have heard comments that it is quite expensive.
