Hotel itself is perfect, including excellent room for a wheelchair user, and the price. The only problem was an almost non-existent breakfast: no meat, no fish (nor any other seafood), no cheese, no vegetables. No juice (just something very much diluted). Just a few fruit. No coffee - that name was given to something a person should never put in their mouth.
And it is rather far from good restaurants and city centre (taxi costs 90 MXN one way)

Trendy hotel close to the beach. Would highly recommend after walking into other hotels. Valet parking a plus, security card needed for entries, good breakfast.

Is business hotel, there not much to add. But this one is a special one for me, been there twice and it is cheap and good at the same time.

Unfortunately local people sort of destroy the quietness during high season and common areas like pool, breakfast and corridors are all covers with screams and sometimes kids knocking doors, like there never were educated

Management is good and they do their best for the peace of everyone but they got overwhelmed during high season.

If funny to see people complaining of room size and TV, come on, is a business hotel. You want luxury paying less than 50 dollars at nite

A modern, clean, comfortable, quiet room, with good air conditioning. A very well decorated pool and ideal for spending free time. Good underground parking. As a point of improvement, the front of the hotel is not very attractive, and the variety of foods at breakfast could be expanded.

We travel to Acapulco several times each year and have stayed in many hotels over the years. But recently, we have stayed at this hotel on our last three occasions. With each stay we have come away with a warm feeling that we have been appreciated and taken care of during our time there.
The size of the rooms are mostly the same, but if you have a king size bed there is a lot more moving around space then if you have a room with 2 double beds. The bathroom has a very functional use of the space and allows two people to use the area at one time. The entry door swings around to close and give privacy to the toilet area and allows the other to use the shower or the sink area. The air conditioner control was easy to understand and the unit worked well. The pool was well maintained and the included gratis breakfast was great. EVER employee was very friendly and helpful. We like to move around and check out different hotels in areas that we have stayed. But this hotel's service has suited us so well that we now are a little leery about taking a step backwards with a different hotel.
By the way, Walmart is just across the street for any of those forgotten items.

My staying at One Hotel in Acapulco last Christmas was anything but pleasant.
First, the quote and reservation I originally got on-line was not nearly to what I ended up paying checking out.
Last, The One Hotel even charged me for using the telephone (1-800 #).
If you are considering staying at One Hotel, you need to be careful.
I will never go back to One Hotel. The front desk service was poor and less than cordial.

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are standard hotel rooms. The restaurant at the front of the hotel had a great variety of food and drinks. The hotel is on the main road so it is easy to find. The wifi is quite fast. The staff were very obliging and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very simple.

This a simple hotel with no frills. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very helpful. I love that the nightly rate included breakfast. One Acapulco was design for business people on the go, so if you are looking for 4 star hotel with resort amenities, this is not the place for you.
I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers or couples on a budget. This is not a family hotel, for the rooms are very small. The small size was not an issue for me because I only use my room for sleeping.
Pros.

This is a great place! Excellent for travelers who wan't to enjoy Acapulco and the beach, without spending the cash you'd normally have to spend on a resort (there's plenty in town!).

The rooms are comfortable, with modern yet simple decoration, excellent bathroom. Breakfast is included in the room rate and consists of a buffet with Mexican cooked dishes (eggs, frijoles, tortillas, etc..) and the usual continental breakfast items. There's a water dispenser and tea making facilities in the lobby all day/night long too.

There's a pool at perfect temperature and they provide towels to use at the pool or the beach, which is literally 5 minutes away walking.

The hotel has a laundry room where you can do your laundry as many times as you need - for FREE (just have to bring your own soap). This is extremely convenient.

We even had a view out to sea from our room. For USD50/night for a couple, you couldn't ask for much.

I got a room at the amazing rate of $44 dollars a night. And here is what i got.
Good location near some clubs and near the beach.
FREE breakfest in the morning
Small BUT Clean pool
Very modern and new place that was clean clean
Also the hotel had card access for safety

Now the room itself was very very small, but its Acapulco, you shouldnt be in the room much anyway.

I think its a hidden gem for those that perfer modern clean hotels and dont plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Plus look at the rate, very inexpensive!
