great price, location and service. Only downside, there was construction in all of the city center. After staying in the worst hotel in my life the previous night, I was pleasently surprised. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a good downtown hotel. It had a nice restaurant. The A/C worked well. It is close to all of the downtown central historic district items. You can get a municipal bus to just about anywhere as well. The central market is a couple blocks away. The mall and three rivers park is within a half mile walk.

Rooms were not the nicest, but was a decent value. The breakfast buffet was good and pretty cheap. Biggest con is that its on a busy street, so there was too much noise..cars and people talking. I would suggest you try getting a room not located on the street-front.
