When going to ciudad Juarez you are going for one thing - visa processing. There are many options around similar pricing and it is hard figure out which is best by pictures and reviews. Which is very clear with this property. The images you see on booking sites are the ones they took when facility first opened. You are not...

Quality Inn at Ciudad Juarez is a good place to stay. We stayed there for two nights and had a nice experience. The staff was great and the breakfast was good! The mall is very close and there are a lot of American fast food chain restaurants around. The location is good. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My Husband and I were there for 14 days. We both loved it!! The front desk staff Eric, Eduardo, David and Brenda were Excellent. Our housekeeper Paty was also great. The breakfast and staff were amazing. I am a Hotel Manager in Louisiana and I am very hard to please. But this hotel and staff impressed me beyond my expectations....

First, let me say we moved to this hotel because it was closer to the consulate and within walking distance of the mall and other places to shop and eat. It is directly adjacent to La Diana (restaurant) and hotel guest enjoy a 10% discount. La Diana should be ones go to place to eat all meals. It's superb and...

Here the breakfast is very poor, in small plastic dishes. A lot of noise in the corridors, sleeping is hard. Close to the hotel there is a restaurant where you are entitled to 10 % discount, but in two weeks they both never applied this discount. The rest is normal, a classic mexican hotel. It's near the US consulate.

Not worth the price. Slow check in & out. Old small towels. Smelly bathroom. Crappy continental breakfast. LATE cleaning service. The pull out couch was old and the mattress was worn out. Also, checked out a day earlier...I paid in dollars, got the money back in pesos and they gave me the currency exchange of the day so they stole...

The service and reception desk was great. I remember Caroline, she was very sweet but everyone was great! They were all friendly and nice. The "free" breakfast was not my personal favorite but it was sufficient. They had an hot breakfast for a small/nominal fee that my husband loved. Our room was very dark and needed remodeling. The street noise...
