Spent a night here and it is a short walk to Revolucion for food and drinks. My room was very clean, affordable, large and comfortable. Wifi was a little shaky but good enough. I ate breakfast and it was excellent. Beer was around $1 each. You really can't beat this place. I will be back.

Stayed there one night..Had a dental appointment one block away the next morning, then I was off to Ensenada. had valet parking in a secured garage. Room was beautiful. You will be impressed even with the lobby. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Vere reasonable rates. I had thought about staying in San... More

The hotel is situated in a great location for touring the iconic Ave Revolucion. Hotel Ticuan is beautiful modern accommodations. The rooms have windows you can open to enjoy the sea breeze that comes over the hills. My room had a roomy jacuzzi tub. Drawback is it takes 1 hour to fill half way. Another icon of the avenida is... My wife and I flew in to San Diego, around 8:00 pm and we initially planned on staying in San Ysidro and crossing the boarder in the morning, but we decided for the price to take a chance and cross the boarder at night and stay at the Ticuan, and we could not have been happier. The hotel building appears... More

We visited Hotel Ticuan in June, 2016 with our family. The hotel is very centrally located to the restaurant strip with local shopping, washing and currency exchange facilities nearby. Remembering that this is Tijuana, where tourists appear to be less in number than they once were, Hotel Ticuan provides a very safe and "mexican" experience. We would recommend this hotel... More

Located off of Av. Revolucion, this hotel is perfectly positioned for nightlife and shopping, being within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants and shops selling everything from Mexican arts and crafts to the usual tourist trinkets. It's a short walk to the Hidalgo, El Popo and Artisanal markets. It was apparently under construction when we visited, although we didn't... More
