Very rude staff. Not a good location. Very expensive restaurant, and not good food! We used to stay in hotels, but this one was our worst experience ever! I don't recommand to anyone! You can find a better place in town for cheaper! Don't trust the pictures online: every detail is a lie! No breakfast buffet, no WIFI, no TV...

After nearly a year of work, we just finished a six day conference using the whole Tripui Resort as our base. We rented all 16 rooms and four apartments for our group of 50. I am so pleased to say that the staff were attentive to our needs and went out of their way to help us out. We are...

We were at Tripui as part of an annual conference. The staff did an amazing job of accomodating us. The location is breath-taking. Our room was very big, attractive and comfortable. All the meals in the dining room were delicious. The only negative was the weather as a cold front had rolled in. But our room was plenty warm. A...

Just got home from a five day conference at Hotel Tripui in Puerto Escondido near Loreto. This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are spacious and decorated very tastefully. The pool and pool area are beautiful, and the grounds are lovely. The meals were just wonderful. Annabel and the staff are determined that guests are happy and satisfied. Our group took...

We didn't realize that in searching for hotels in Loreto that this hotel is not actually in Loreto at all. It's a good 15 miles to the south with nothing else around. This makes for a tranquil location they have made very beautiful. But know ahead of time it's their restaurant only unless you make the trek back up to...

Spacious room, great location, beautiful swimming pool, quiet and pet friendly. However. couldn't regulate AC fan/temperature and there were no window screens; only decaffeinated coffee; breakfast started late (8:30) and wifi didn't reach my room. These sound like petty complaints but they marred my experience and interrupted my sleep. When they get the details right this hotel will be worth...

The people at the Tripui were super helpful and friendly. The front desk manager, Annabel, spoke excellent English. She arranged a panga boat trip for us to Coronado Island where we saw a grey whale, a large pod of dolphin and an octopus. The grounds of the Tripui are gorgeous. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great....

The staff are so friendly and are happy to make sure that you are well taken care of. The grounds of the hotel are just beautiful and serene. Thank you, Alma and staff, for making it a relaxing time. See you next time.

We have stayed many times and we are always impressed with the beautiful grounds, the great restaurant, clean & spacious rooms but most of all the wonderful staff. The manager Annabelle always makes us feel very welcome and is very accommodating and Emma in the restaurant bar is great -- and makes wonderful margaritas! The only criticism I can come...

A welcome respite from long days on Mex 1. It's a little slice of paradise set in a spectacular landscape. Secure parking, beautiful gardens, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent walking. Get up before the sunrise and watch the faces of Sierra de La Giganta transform into a pre-dawn rose colour before sunrise.
