Exceeded all expectations. Able, the host is kind and welcoming. His hostel is immaculate and cozy. The Chevy Apache pickup that he has restored is gorgeous. Overall, a delightful experience that I hope to repeat every time I visit Loreto.

Wonderful hostel with tastefully furnished rooms and spacious bathrooms with windows; the rooms are a tad dark as they face an inner courtyard, but the airy courtyard itself is a great place to socialize. There's a well-equipped kitchen for the guests to use and Abel, the owner, is very friendly, knowledgeable and speaks good English; air-con and WiFi thru-out. Very...

Location is perfect, just beside the old Mission. 5 minutes walk from the sea. Loreto is a quiet little town with quite lots of litle good Restaurantes. Excellent place to relax. Watt I want more? Nothing! Thanks Yesika and Jose!

Wonderful spot to stay. Clean & cozy. Centrally located on a side street, close to Main Square, restaurants, malacon & grocery stores. Access to the kitchen and friendly Abel makes good coffee every morning. He's also a great tour guide and will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

Abel is a wonderful host and we felt very comfortable. Enjoyed being within walking distance to the downtown core. Room was clean and comfortable. If ever in Loreto again we will be sure to stop in. Abel is great at making dinner suggestions as well.

We went back last month, a year after last staying with Abel at Casas Loreto, and he remembered us. There were 4 of us this time and we turned up without a reservation at about 6pm. He only had a 3-bed room so he found another mattress and we all bunked down. The place was as spotless as ever and...

Hostal Casa Loreto is well-located just behind the Loreto Mission. Easy walk to everything in town. There is a kitchen room for guest use. Rooms are clean. Beds are small (double bed size). The propritor, Abel, is very nice, though he smokes all the time. Not really a "Hostel"... however there is ONE room that has 3 single beds.

I have been at Hostal Casas Loreto for over 3 weeks now. As I continue to extend my pleasant time in Loreto, I have really come to enjoy my morning coffee with the owner, Abel Casas, in the kitchen that is available to guests. I think of the place as more of a small hotel as most of the rooms...

The city of Loreto feels like it remains unexplored and with hidden gems such as this hostel. The price was slightly over the average in our whole trip across the Peninsula, at 800mxn for two single beds it was able to accommodate 4 of us. To compensate, the place is immaculate, with nice new facilities, a super friendly owner that...

We stayed 2 nights, as did our friends. Good budget lodging. Shared kitchen is convenient, you can cook meals is you want. Central location easy walk to most places in town. The secure gate and close parking were nice to have. This pace is tops on my list for future Loreto stays.
