its a very nice hotel in the best location in la paz. there is parking in and around the hotel, wifi is excellent, pool is smaller than what appears on the pictures, not very modern but basic and clean, staff is good and we even booked tours from here. Best location in la paz to stay.

La Perla is an old, clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The ladies at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We told the valet what time we would need our car the next morning and he always had it ready for us, The hotel itself has no frills, but is clean and...

Hotel Perla is located right downtown on the Malecon. It was also very close to the company we used for our snorkel tour (Sun Rider). Walking distance to many restaurants and the hotel's restaurant is open air right next door. My husband went out searching for coffee to bring back to our room, but couldn't find a place with "to...

The Perla is a true, authentic, Mexican family vacation hotel. It is one of the few hotels located on the Malecon in La Paz. It is also one of the oldest hotels in La Paz if not the oldest. I recognized some of the front desk people from the late 1980's! The staff is accountable due to the firm management....

Picked this hotel for the location and left 3 days early because of the reception staff. They think Americans have no common sense. Room keys did not work from day one and after changing the tone of my voice they tryed to repair the scanner at 11.30 PM! They made it worse and we left after a heated argument. Went...

We really liked our room. Very comfortable bed, clean room, etc. The only negative was that there were tile floors everywhere, so doors were quite loud, but there wasn't enough noise to bother us. We arrived at 9 AM, well before check-in time, but they were happy to give us our room then. This is our second stay there, and...
