Rooms are awful. Great location & golf course, but the rooms, the clubhouse & the buildings in general need major work. Rooms were musty & fixtures were falling apart. The staff were generally nice, but you could sense they were bored & uninspired. We stayed for a long weekend right after Bajamar 500. There was quite a few people there...

Loved everything about the resort. But our security lock was broken on the room door. Told front desk about it. Never was fixed. Disappointed that it didn't happen. My wife is very edgy about nighttime security.

The place is so nice, quite and clean, but we have some suggestions.... why you don't have heated pool the water was so cold. The sunday brunch was so delicius but they should keep the doors closed so flies dont fly all over the food

This hotel is pretty old on the inside. Pretty outdated fixings in the rooms. However, staff are very friendly and helpful. The golf coarse is outstanding and the jokes along the pacific are the most spectacular I have ever played. Definitely worth a stop if you are in for a round of golf!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Bad and slow service, bad kitchen, old everything. 1 hour waiting for the food to arrive, the towels never came.. Etc. The only good thing is the golf court. Not worthy of the cost, specially bad if you don't arrive by car because there's nothing around, if you get an...

tile floors, lovely tranquil courtyard. Its perfect for those travelers that don't like being around other travelers and my husband and i are that type. You often don't even see other people in the resort. My family and I had a great time. The hotel is definitely showing signs of wear, and the pool is on its last leg, but...

Im a conscious traveler and can distinguish between low budget hotels and luxury resorts. This place is under no circumstance luxury. Good location and big rooms but theyre incredibly noisy as you may hear all other rooms are doing. Its ridiculous! Not a place for a good night sleep! Staff is somehow kind yet not too well trained so a...

“The hotel is great if you want to get away from town, however not so great if you want to be closer to Ensenada. The hotel is about 15 min away from Ensenada. Puerto Nuevo has the best sea food (lobster) and is only about 8 min away from the hotel. I would suggest making sure that your room has working batteries for the TV if you plan on watching the television and a working remote for the heater. Also, test the drain in the shower before you move all your luggage in the room. ”
