From our arrival their service has been very exceptional. Quick check in, clean room (every single day), any requests or questions fulfilled almost immediately. And most importantly feeling welcome and shown some sort of importance. This has been a problem at other tourist area hotels we've been to which seem to have some sort or contempt for their american guest. Well, NOT here. This place is great. Great location right in the tourist area of Ensenada, with a smart & final a block away. And the best part of our stay were the kind words and great advice/suggestions from Janeth at the front desk. This added much value to our stay here. We highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

we stayed there for a weekend trip to Ensenada, the staff was very courteous and the room was comfortable and they took my cat for an extra fee. My family especially enjoyed the pool. The location is right in the middle of the touristic section of Ensenada so you don't have to pay for Uber or taxis much

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect; hot water, 2 bottles of filtered water, tv coffee machine etc... there was also filtered water in the lobby that you could fill up your water bottle with. There was a number of wifi channels to choose from, which was useful as different channels were patchy at different times. The complimentary breakfast was good and taken at the restaurant across the road.

We've stayed here a few times and love it every time. Everyone is super courteous and the place is kept nice and clean. It is also one of the few places with secure parking. We stay here at least twice a year four different events in town and the location of this hotel is prime.

Went for a weekend trip. Found the hotel to be really nice and clean. Right on the edge of the tourist section. Location provided great access while not being noisy. They provide great access to fine restaurants and a bar on the premises. Recently updated so everything is clean and new. Planning on a return trip soon. Relatively inexpensive.
