Most places in playa blanca don't accept credit card, los corales does. The problem is that they charge an insane tax for using it (something like 15000 COP) and just tell you that when you are about to pay. The food is decent but they take a lot of time to prepare it. Looks like a good place to stay...

The options on Playa Blanca are extremely limited: they're all, generally speaking cut from the same cloth. No running water, and electricity only comes on via generator in the evenings. And they're all hostels, with all that entails. RestoBar Los Corales was a decent place. The people were friendly, they had wifi (which was nice; they turned it on for...

The accommodation is 70,000 COP for a night in a cabana. Electricity with powerpoint and fan on from 7pm - 6 am. Really nice staff. 6 litres of water for shower per person per day. It nice that shade is provided by trees, amazing views all days long. Nice area on the beach but the surroundings of Playa Blanca let...

We stayed here for one night and paid 13,000 for a hammock (they wanted 15,000 if you wanted to use the shower) .. I think it was a bit overpriced considering everywhere else only charged 10,000... Hammocks weren't the most comfortable and they were very close together.. the bathrooms were clean and the general decor of the hostel was very...

I stayed here for 2 days and night in a hammock. It really is a paradise in a paradise. The staff were very welcoming in both English and Spanish and very accommodating. There can be water shortages as this place is so remote but that is expected. There is a good coral reef to see underwater life right in front...

Los Corales is an excellent spot on Playa Blanca. The staff is accommodating to both Spanish and English speakers, and they are very welcoming. Ryan made time to interact with us and other guests to make patrons feel at home. Additionally, the food was delicious, and the mixed drinks were good as well. Compared to other spots on this stretch...

This was a wonderful place to stay for 2 nights on Playa Blanca. Everyone was so friendly, especially Ryan who speaks excellent English and made our trip memorable. The food here is excellent... we tried about 4 different places while on the island and enjoyed this food the best. The location is the perfect distance from the main boat drop-off...

I wish I could have stayed here longer. There are many hostels all along Playa Blanca. This is one of the few where the owners will not whistle at you and try to lure you in. Located on the quieter part of the beach (especially on a weekend), this place is perfect if you prefer to enjoy nature and conversation...

I stayed here for two nights in a hammock. Great value for money, clean bathrooms, super friendly owners, awesome location and the best coco locos I've ever had. You can't go wrong here! I highly reccomend it!

Just spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The owners are so helpful and friendly - I felt really safe. Great and unexpected bonus to have plug sockets in the beach shack as well as a fan at night. Would definitely stay here again!
