Our stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa was truly unforgettable! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

This was our last hotel for three weeks stay. Although we were given a choice to hotels for each of our 4 destinations we requested via our travel agent that the last stay would be super calm and chilled, and we would like a hotel where the room went directly out onto the pool and by the beach! We did check this out on booking.com, but obviously not sufficiently as we’d been recommended two! Totally tempted by the swim up pool and photos ( generally a little dated for 4 stars) we didn’t think to check out that it was close to half term and water equals children and so with hindsight we should’ve chosen an adults only Hotel! Our fault!
The hotel is rated as a four star hotel but it most certainly isn’t up to our four star standard despite the ratings that it has ?? Staff however, they were in general very nice some exceptionally nice however I don’t know if it’s lack of staff, but the hotel itself wasn’t very clean. The room smelled damp on arrival although it did get better the longer we were there! There was mould in the shower it could be cleaned by just some bleach the towels didn’t smell clean either! Our Terrace was filthy and wasn’t cleaned during our whole stay! On arrival with disappointed from the photos that there was a basket ball net set up pool directly facing our Terrace so most of the time it was very noisy because there were lots of children playing, which is fine. We love children and that’s a lesson for us… just that it wasn’t the quiet luxury impression we got from the photos. Breakfast was very average after being spoiled by the last few hotels everything kept running out we had to search for cutlery and cups almost every day no matter what time we arrived want for breakfast! Bread was frozen on a couple of mornings Not our favorite hotel sadly. However, convinced this was not going to bother us too much it was part of our lovely holiday, so we made the best of it! No point complaining we should’ve done more homework and 3 out of isn’t bad! Best thing about the hotel for me At least was a yoga session every morning and although I was the only one doing it and it was mainly stretching, But one to one = 100% attention so it was a lovely half an hour spent with a really lovely young guy called Ean who like all the staff were very happy to please and checked I was ok all through the class! Set me up for the day 🙌🏼 So not all bad and we had a lovely time in Krabi ❤️

Stayed at this hotel with my friend for a 3 day, 2 night stay. Due to having a membership, we got our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view which made for quite a unique scenery especially at night when the lights were up.
Value-wise, the location is a bit isolated which makes it quite relaxing and less frantic compared to hotels closer to the two beaches. The hotel is still walking distance to both places.
From start to finish, the service by the staff was fantastic throughout in which the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is in a sweet spot in which the main beaches at Ao Nang were accesible on foot and isolated enough that it was quiet and peaceful at night.
There were some odd kinks to the room like the TV not being able to be turned off properly, and the shower may get warmer suddenly but overalll, I was very impressed with this hotel. If I ever come back to Krabi, I would likely pick the Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa.

Super chic resort located near the beach, from where all tours to the surrounding islands depart. The structure is very large and well looked after. The rooms are large and equipped with every comfort... In the room, water, tea and coffee are available to customers free of charge every day. The breakfast is international and very varied. The staff is always super friendly, smiling and helpful. I recommend it!!!!🌴

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. At check-in, we were asked to download an app where all information would be found and communication with the hotel would take place. They described that it was only to chat if we thought about something and many services could be ordered in the app. We sent a question on the chat the first night, but when we checked out a week later, still no one had answered. However, ordering room service/in room dining and ordering cleaning was fine. Speaking of cleaning, it was so-so. By the end of the week, our feet were sandy when we walked into the room. In other words, it was swept and dried poorly. In the bathroom, every day I saw a hair lying in the same place, a sign that they cleaned poorly. One day we received no toilet paper, another day no towels, a third day dirty bedding was left in the room. The beds were rock hard even though we asked for extra mattresses. The extra mattresses were filled with down, which hardly makes the beds softer. It would need a foam mattress! The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have another toaster, there was sometimes a long queue for the only one that was available. Four days out of seven we got the wrong kind of egg when we ordered at the egg station. How hard can it be to listen to what people order?? We had a room with pool access which was great! Very nice and also nice not to have to fight over sunbeds by the pool every morning.
We expect more from four-star hotels. On the surface, the Centara Anda Dhevi looks very good, but the details are quite lacking. Will not go back to the same hotel!

We spent 17 nights at this lovely immaculate hotel from the end of November to December 2023. We had a very comfortable double room overlooking the pool which was kept immaculately clean, with bed linen changed almost daily. The towels in the bathroom were of good quality and also changed daily. Our lovely room cleaning staff were always anxious to please, and tried to teach us some Thai words (with lots of laughter) The Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and included Asian and international dishes, including the hot service where the chef made marvelous omelettes, etc, at your request. We can't speak highly enough of the staff. We were always met with a smile and asked if everything was ok. English is spoken but the staff seemed to cope with all the various languages from other tourists. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A great hotel experience all around. Service was excellent throughout. The guard at the entrance helped to carry the bags to the front desk. The roselle welcome drink was a welcome one especially during the hot afternoon. Housekeeping staff greeted warmly whenever we passed them and they did a great job refreshing the rooms. The front desk check in was one of the most memorable I've had in any hotel stay in any country. They were efficient in their check in process and spoke pleasant English whilst explaining the various hotel features. They even helped to carry the bags to the room. The hotel design really had a resort feel and we even got a free room upgrade from Garden to Pool View thanks to the free Centara One Card loyalty program. The hotel pool was very well designed and fun to use. The Palm Court hotel breakfast buffet had a good range and was quite delicious with their Thai and International selections. The free pool table for hotel guests enjoyment was a very nice touch. Check out was done in minutes and was seamless. Hence all around a fantastic hotel stay. The Centara hotel brand recognition is well deserved and I look forward to the next time I get to stay at a Centara hotel property.

I had a double impression after staying at the Centara Hotel, the hotel itself is not new, but the staff tries to keep everything in more or less normal condition, the room is clean, there are a lot of closets, a kettle (which for some reason did not turn itself off after boiling), a large balcony with two chairs and a table, there is a small drying rack. The towels are already gray, they come across with stains (it’s time to replace them), we asked for slippers, they brought us flip-flops with dirty soles. The hotel area is small, in the center there is a pool, around which there are sun loungers, so dense that it is impossible to lie in silence, in solitude, the sun loungers also require replacement. Breakfast is good, there is everything from fruit - watermelon, passion fruit, melon, Dragon fruit. there are a lot of Europeans in the hotel, many families with children. The hotel has a wonderful SPA salon, prices are higher than in massage parlors on the street, but the quality of the massage and the atmosphere itself were very good. The area in which the hotel is located is far from central Ao Nang, but nearby there is also a good promenade and a night market, where live music plays in the evenings, food, souvenirs and clothes are sold. There is no beach for swimming nearby. We took a taxi and tuk tuk to the monkey trail and followed it to the beach of another hotel in the chain Centara, which we really liked, even more than the much-praised Reilly. The hotel needs a good renovation and update, when you walk to your room it feels like you're walking down a dorm hallway. And there is also very poor sound insulation, it is very noisy, if they start cleaning, they rattle in the corridor so much that it is no longer possible to sleep.

You might have read questions about the beach. When you get to the road where the beaches are turn left towards Ao Nang Beach. At the beach there is a little kiosk where you can get tickets to catch a Thai long boat to Railay beach and pra nang beach. Both are stunning and the boat is cheap. Make sure you stop at the takeaway cocktail bar on the way back really cheap. You can’t miss it you will hear the music blaring out.
There are more places to choose from in the Ao Nang area.
