The staff here is fantastic. They are very kind and very helpful. There was one staff member in the restaurant named K. Best who helped my wife and I a lot. They were kind enough to call a place for us and speak to them in Thai and translate to us what we had to do because we were confused. It was so nice of K. Best to help us this way!

I really liked the hotel. The location is close to a noisy street and a 15-minute walk from the monkey trail, which leads to what is, in my opinion, the best beach in Ao Nang. The hotel itself is quiet and calm. We got a room on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view of the pool and rocks. The room was clean, bathrobes and slippers were provided upon request, a nice pool, with a separate area for children, sun loungers were well placed, no one was lying down right next to each other, next to a bar where you can have a snack and drink a delicious cocktail, modern music plays in the bar. A must-visit is the hotel’s SPA salon, but it’s not cheap compared to massages in street salons, but very clean, pleasant atmosphere and most importantly girls they know their stuff, I haven’t felt such lightness after a massage for a long time. Breakfast at the hotel is also good, there is everything your heart desires. The only negative is that there is not enough fruit (there is watermelon, dragon fruit, pineapple). There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel itself, we had lunch there and had dinner several times, a paradise for lovers of Japanese cuisine, the food is no worse than in the land of the rising sun (I’ve been there several times, so I know what I’m writing about). The hotel definitely deserves a good review, I would gladly return to it again!

I enjoyed my 5 days 4 nights stay at this hotel tremendously. It seems to be a rather new hotel with modern design. The room 3706 with cliff or mountain view was endowed with a contemporary feel and the nice wall picture of seaside with trees along the coast line had such a relaxing vibe even inside the room. One could also sit at the balcony admiring the cliff, watching the birds soaring by and listening to the nature sounds while sipping coffee or tea. Oh yes! The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable!
Do yourself a favour if you stay here to include their buffet breakfast that was so delicious and sufficient variety to choose from. I never got tired of them for the whole time of the 4 days. I felt the chef in charge at the Breeze restaurant conscientiously put in the good efforts of ensuring the standard of the buffet breakfast and everyday changes a number of the dishes variety,
This is a hotel with heart too. I was having my birthday on one of the days during my stay which I did not mention to them at all. While I was happily enjoying my buffet breakfast, suddenly 2 of their sweet staff turned up at my table with a cake lighted with 3 candles to sing me birthday song. I was pleasantly surprised by their wonderful gesture. Although my initial thought of coming on this solo trip was to have a quiet getaway, it didn’t occur to me I would still have people to sing me birthday song and get to eat a complimentary cake!
There’s a small size gym luckily for me to work off those calories from the sumptuous breakfast!
The body massage on-site was also very good and recommended.
There’s also a nice environment Japanese restaurant at the hotel. The California rolls were tasty pairing with the fresh wasabi.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly with bright smiles all around, especially ‘Zonya’ and ‘Best’ who were very nice and helpful to me, going the extra mile for my personal request!
Thank you Sea Seeker for my wonderful and memorable stay!

When we had checked in and the staff would show us the room, we were directed to the elevator and a room on the 6th floor, even though we had booked a room with pool access. When we mentioned that we had booked a room with pool access, we had to talk to the reception. The receptionist thought we should call Agoda. We asked why we would do that when we had a booking confirmation showing that we had booked a room with pool access. We had to sit in the restaurant and wait for them to arrange the room we had booked. Finally we got the room we had booked with pool access. We received no apology or explanation as to why they tried to give us the wrong room. The room was very responsive, the door to the corridor was not tight so you can hear when people pass by outside. The pool bar plays loud music most of the day, which can also be heard inside the room. The pool was dirty and full of leaves, bird droppings, plastic etc. There is a green dirty border along the tile around the entire pool. The slide is dangerous and rusty. Even the fence outside the room facing the pool is rusty. Many people jumped onto our patio from the pool and then jumped back down. The breakfast dining room was full so there were not tables for everyone, several guests had to sit outside by the pool. Loud breakfast room where chatter and sounds drown out the quiet music. Koas in the breakfast room where it was not replenished. We had to ask several times for plates and refills of yogurt etc. We were glad we only stayed here one night.

We stayed here 5 years ago when the hotel was brand new. Even if the beach is 10 mins walking time, based on previous experience we decided to stay again here. Wrong choice though, nothing compares with what was in 2020. No investments made since opening, most of the staff doesn’t speak English, cleaning was superficial, everything is dirty, etc. But the biggest problem is the mold smell in the rooms. We were 2 couples, having connected rooms and had the same problem with the smell. After reporting it to reception, their solution was to put a scented candle to cover the smell. We requested to change the rooms, they found 2 in the other building the next day, at upper floor (from 2309 to 1613) but still the smell is present here. Most probably it’s coming from air conditioning but we found mold on the back or the phone and also on walls.
There are also good things here though, breakfast is nice, good variety of traditional food and international kitchens, pool is a good options if you don’t want to go to the beach but the water slide needs urgent maintenance, stairs are broken, the pillar sustaining the slide is rusted.

We had really high hopes for this hotel, it was the longest stay during our Thailand trip and we were very excited to stay.
Positives - Everywhere is clean - The breakfast on the whole was of a decent quality, not your usual English breakfast but definitely enough to fill you - The meals and drinks were good value - It was nice and quiet in an evening - Lovely kayaking trip booked through the hotel which was a bargain 750THB per couple - Good location, short walk to main strip
Negatives - There isn’t enough shared areas for the size of the hotel eg. Breakfast tables can fill easily, often have to wait for a sunbed although we did always manage to get one - The reception staff were not always helpful, we booked our trip as above and were told it was not going ahead as we were the only couple booked. The recreation team then found us in the morning and asked if we were ready to go in which we explained we had been told it had been cancelled. He kindly gave us 5 mins to get ready and the trip was very good - Make sure you book your room clean on the app or it will not be done until early evening (5/6pm)
Overall our stay was pleasant but just didn’t quite live up to expectation and was not as good as other hotels during our stay

Reasonably incomprehensible the previous convictions. It is a good mid-range hotel with a reasonable breakfast. The people who come there are mainly Indians, Russians and English and Dutch who you also see in cheap destinations in Europe. In other words, at 7 o'clock already plenty of towels, drunken hanging at the pool bar etc. The area is still fairly quiet (2 minutes from the main road, 10 minutes from the beach) but that is quickly changing. People are building around the hotel and within 2 years this location will be as ruined as Ao Nang himself. Fully oriented towards Indians and cheap package holidays. Hotel itself is clean but at points run down and needs a refurbishment

The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful (ask for a gentleman named Book!) when we were booking our excursions to Phi Phi Island. They provided great recommendations and made the entire process seamless, which really enhanced our experience. The hotel itself was wonderful—overall, a fantastic stay. It’s slightly off the main strip, which gave it a nice, peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. However, it was still very convenient, with a 7/11 and a grocery store just a short walk away, making it easy to grab any necessities. The location struck a perfect balance between being quiet and still close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Our family, father, mother and 1-year-old child, stayed here and were very impressed with the service, location, inexpensive price, there was a kids club and a pool and slide that the children could play in. Every employee has a service mind and is helpful, from security guards to restaurant staff. Especially the manager named Khun Lee who is committed to taking good care of you. I saw that my child had food allergies that made him only eat certain foods. I came in to ask if I needed anything more. Even though we didn't ask for anything, it felt good to be well taken care of. If there is a chance to return to use the service again.

Location: close enough to walk to all attractions but not on a busy, overwhelmingly crowded street.
Rooms: well lighted, decent sized, separate lavatory and bathroom
Pool: Okay sized with a small water slide
Breakfast: Some variety for all cuisines
So the hotel does not lack in basics but it's not exactly what you call luxury. Only soap and shampoo in the room. No conditioner, lotion, dental kits or shaving kits.
The breakfast although seems decent, the dishes are at best average. There best part are fruits.
Our stay at sea seeker was quiet pleasent and mostly good.
