I was with the linedancing group over the bank holiday. On first appearance it was facinating to see all the things they had around the hotel but on closer inspection if you look up, how much dust is up there, especially in the restaurant where you are eating. I thought the food was just ok not very impressed with the...

I was with the group with the other 2 people who wrote reviews. Firstly the hotel is full of interesting old things (too many to mention) and the lighting is beautiful everywhere but in the rooms the only lights are lamps so not very bright. The room we had was clean and the beds so comfy slept really well. Now...

hotel lovely and clean and quirky. Out of the way and nothing to do around it. Staff not very helpful. Food was edible but no choices. Service was slow. Management were rude and very unapproachable. Amsterdam was fab and IOW tours very accommodating. Would visit Amsterdam again but not at this hotel.

We took 65 on a weekend away to this hotel over a Bank Holiday, just some points to remember, I will start with the negatives, Food is generally ok, Breakfast great choice of everything if you are staying for evening meal, there is no menu on tables or around reception, there are no choice for starters or desserts the main...

Without a shadow of a doubt this hotel is true example of what hard work, a quirky outlook on life and a dedication to the 'guest experience' can achieve. I was here as part of a Line Dance group with IOW Tours, in fact, I'm still here now but felt the urge to come on here to express my gratitude...

Very nice hotel. I would recommend it to my other friends as well. Though it is little far from Amsterdam, but this hotel is worth the 1 hr bus journey to Amsterdam. The pond, greenery and the surrounding is so peaceful.

We have just came back from the Nethderlands and we have stayed in this magnificent hotel! It is like a museum and for both my husband and the children a treasure trove!!! It is filled with old toys and models and it is every collectors' dream to stay in!! Besides the room was extreamly large and very comfortable! The bathroom...

We travelled there with Travelstyle. It was a change of hotel to the original one booked with the tour company. I checked it out with trip advisor and the reports were very mixed. The photos that had been posted also gave mixed messages. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes, we could criticize it, yes we've stayed in better hotels,...

My husband and I stayed here with a coach party from the UK in October this year. We arrived very late on the Friday evening but was warmly greeted by the owner. Unfortunately we had arrived so late we had missed our evening meal, but we had something to eat on route at the advice of the driver. My husband...

I'm staying at this hotel and what can I say it's like stepping back in time it's like an old toy shop but it's not its a hotel with a wacky deco and some off the toys and antiques on display are worth thousands and what can I say about staff they are so friendly so if ever in Amsterdam...
