We stayed in the 5 bedroom Salmon cottage which was recently updated. Cottage and grounds were well kept. The beach area was excellent for swimming or just kicking back and reading a good book. The new owners are very nice and accommodating with your needs. The adjacent marina is a nice touch for all your boating needs. If your looking...

his was the worst experience renting a boat I have ever had. I don't even know where to begin. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The advertised price of a rental was $85 dollars per day as per the website. We made a reservation and when we got to the lake they charged us just under...

We stayed in the 4 bedroom chalet for 2 weeks midsummer. The chalet was very clean and neat when we arrived. Upstairs there was a kitchen, dining room, livingroon, a bathroom and 2 nice size bedrooms with sheets on the beds. A narrow but large balcony was accessed from the livingroom and offered a fantastic view of the lake. The...

Nice location and in general the chalets were fine and well equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the lake. However... Our chalet 'The Bass' is described as a five bedroom building, 3 upstairs and 2 down. Both floors had their own kitchen, living room and bathroom. I would describe all rooms as quite small and one of the downstairs bedrooms...

We loved LSM for its lovely secluded location and Susan`s and Peter`s outstandig hospitality! Staying in our cosy chalet surrounded by nature`s great scenery was a wonderful experience. The facilities were in good state, the chalet being comfortably furnished. Susan and Peter are dedicated in all what they are doing to make their guests feel home and easy. They even...

I decided to take my Managers on a getaway function up North only 2 hrs away from Toronto. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Susan with her warm smile! The Chalet that we had stayed in had all the comforts of home which exceeded our expectations. We decided to go on a guided canoe trip with her husband Peter. We...

Located only two hours north of Toronto, Healey Lake is smaller and less pricy than the other Muskoka Lakes. We found Lakeshore Marina to be a small, clean, well run and intimate resort for those who want to relax and be in touch with nature. The owners are always on property and assist with boat rentals for a fishing trip,...
