La residenza si trova in una posizione fantastica! 2 minuti dal Ponte di Rialto, meno di 10 da Piazza San Marco, vicinissima alla coop e a fondemente nove, fermata da cui partono i battelli per le visite alle isole. Appartamenti ben curati, con tutto a disposizione, la dispensa a nostra sorpresa era provvista di cose per la colazione (croissant, caffè, the..) anche di pasta. Il prezzo è veramente ottimo considerata la posizione favolosa e la gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore sempre pronto ad aiutare e consigliare. Anche la pulizia nell'appartamento era ottima!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo soprattutto x la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore.l'appartamento é dotato di tutti i confort,tra cui il phon, e in cucina abbiamo trovato sale zucchero olio e caffé.ottimo considerando che alcuni pasti abbiamo cucinato noi.vicinissimo a rialto, alla fermata fondamente nove e anche all'incoop.

Un posto speciale in una città speciale. Abbiamo pernottato per 3 notti ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ambiente pulito, confortevole e silenzioso. Il gestore, Enea, è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci ha condotto in giro per la città facendoci apprezzare quei luoghi che conosce solo chi vive in laguna!!! Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione (a 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto). Ci ritorneremo.

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi da Rialto e 15 da San Marco. In una calle tranquilla, bed & breakfast semplice ma pulito. Eccellente la disponibilità di chi lo gestisce. A pochi passi ristorantino onesto e scorci della Venezia migliore.
