This place is absolute trash! Do not tag here! Everything on here that is advertised is false! There is no room service, no WiFi, no breakfast! Your towels do not get changed through the duration of your stay here! The shower curtains are falling apart, and your beds do not get made fairing your stay! Legit so overpriced for nothing! If i could give this place a 0/5 i would!

It is humorous to me that this establishment still has 4.5 stars. This place is not a hotel. The lady who checked us in was not friendly, it was advertised on booking.com and trip advisor that there was breakfast included and WiFi. When we asked her about the breakfast she snapped at us and sent us a rude text shortly after about how we the check in only went until 11. We were confused as to why this was a problem because when she asked us two days prior when we would be arriving we told her between 12-1am and she said that was fine. There was NO breakfast, no WiFi, no one made up our room once or gave us trash towels. The towels smelled absolutely awful. There was no bedding other that a silk curtain. Very comfortable bed. Although the lady at the front desk did give us instruction on how to get to the airport this place was awful. The shower curtain is absolutely laughable. I’m attaching a photo to show how disgusting the bathroom was. The first day I went to get a drink of water and the cup they left in the bathroom was so filthy the water was cloudy, fumed with grime. This place is NOT worth the money. We did not appreciate the false adverts if and mom existent staff. Please take a look at these shower curtains. Worst shower I’ve ever seen. I’ve stayed in a few hostels and there’s are much MUCH better

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The hotel is an old 16th century building, a great place to stay, absolutely wonderful! Andrea, the owner, is really lovely. I loved it, I will definitely come back !!!
