Good quiet location with easy access to main roads and handy for city or show ground. Didn't try food here as we were at a function where we had to be there early morning, and meals were provided. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
I can honestly say that I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay.

Although I did not travel with young children, I believe you would be quite happy but be aware there is not a play area and the hotel is situated within a retail/industrial park. There is a Frankie and Benny's just over the road and also the Pride of Lincoln Hotel. The hotel is situated quietly and has very friendly. approachable staff and I did notice high chairs in the small bar/dining area.
