Me & my husband stayed at Bridge House B&B last weekend as we were attending a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. I initially emailed Myles a few months prior to the stay to book and he was so helpful and I knew that we would not be disappointed with our stay. When we arrived at Bridge House, Myles &... More

Have visited Bridge house a number of times, and always come back. Great food, clean and comfortable rooms and the helpfulness of Myles and Margaret is un matched. It is also set in the tamar valley which is an AONB. Lots of great walks! Easy access to busses to take you to the market town of Tavistock or the train... More

I have been lucky to stay at Bridge House on many occasions over the last five years and every time is just as good as the last - if not better! The location is stunning and the bedrooms spotless and beautiful with quality linen and fabulous towels. The food is out of this world, all freshly prepared and beautifully cooked... More

We have just got home from a weekend house-hunting in Gunnislake. I picked Bridge House based on reviews on TripAdvisor and am so happy I did. The great experience began with a detailed and helpful email telling us how to find the B&B and including a menu for evening meals for the first night of our stay. On arrival, we... More

Just returned home having spent 2 nights at Bridge House and we are missing the fabulous breakfasts already. Myles and Margaret are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The homemade scones upon arrival make you feel at home straight away. Perfect location to explore South East Cornwall and The Tamar Estuary.

Bridge House: 5 star service for 2 star cost.... I did not regret my decision to stay at Bridge House 1 minute. It seems the keepers put together all positiv experiences they made during their travels.... well done. They are really there for their guests and as well respect the guests privacy. For breakfast, Myles offers breakfast samples from different... More

Well then. What can we say. This is a gem of a B&B run by Myles & Margaret with panoramic views over the valley and close to an idyllic Branch Line from Plymouth with the end of the Line just round the corner from the B&B. The rooms are excellent and very tastefully furnished with style. Myles takes over the... More

“We chose the double room at the front of the house and were very happy with this. We were offered a choice and the twin beeded room had amazing rooms over Dartmoor through a large window so either would have been very acceptable.”
