This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby complete with fireplace, the restaurant was very nice with delicious traditional food, and all the employees were extremely nice and helpful. We had some difficulty, however, booking what they show as their Wisdom package since no one was quite sure what it was they offered. Then we had to book it...

Wendake should be experienced by all Canadians and all visitors wantign to better understand Canada.... the longhouse, the museum , the amazing cuisine in the restaurant .... and then to go to your room and to see trees and hear the sounds of the river ... and be immersed in the wood decor, indigenous art and fur pelts .... the...

While staying in Quebec City, we ventured out into the countryside to find the AMAZING Wendake Hotel-Museum. Although we did not stay overnight, the incredibly welcoming ambiance of wood fire, animal furs and carvings was unlike anything we have experienced in a hotel lobby. It's now on our "bucket list" to return and stay awhile next time! It is completely...

We loved this hotel. There were many surprises in nooks and crannies. It was very authentic. The art on each floor was amazing. The animal skins were soft and warm and included in each room. We took a tour of the museum and it was very interesting (however, do not take tour with Dominick--he talked mostly about himself and made...

Beautiful hotel with a traditional Indigenous atmosphere. Food was exceptional. Service was above and beyond. The attached museum provided an opportunity to be immersed in the history and experience of the Wendake Nation, the oldest reservation in North America.

This unique, beautiful, 4 star hotel was the perfect place to spend my birthday! Our room was spectacular & luxurious - it's decor reflects the Huron-Wendat native people. The room we had over looked the river - when we opened the sliding glass doors we were able to hear it. Peaceful! The best part our day was spent on the...

As there is no abundance of interesting hotels in Canada, this hotel was a really nice surprise for us. Very modern but with style. If you are a greener or vegan – do not go there, as you risk facing a pillow made of a beaver or a giant moose trophy surrounded with bear, wolf and fox skins. In my...

Kwe (hello), Thank you for your nice comments! We are pleased that your stay was pleasant with us and you enjoyed the Huron-Wendat culture. Remember that hunting is part of the Huron-Wendat culture and that we do it with respect. Hunting has always been a need and not a hobby, so that each time we take the time to purify...

The hotel itself is very nice with a pretty lobby, nice grounds and, in general, nice rooms. The beds are not super comfortable and the sheets are not properly fitted so that they bunch up. This is disappointing and enough to almost drop my rating down to average, but with the bedding issue resolved this can then be an excellent...

Wery well designed to the Wendake's personality, the architecture of the hotel is distinct from any other in the world. The staff is mostly Wendake-Amerindian and is proud of the services it provides. The restaurant offers excellent if not gourmet meals. In addition, this modern and confortable hotel is completed by a small museum and a long house worth visiting...
