It's a nice and cosy hotel, with adequate parking. Venue is just a short walk for food and other shops. The pillow cases are pretty yellow and the towels kinda stink, just feel that they need to be washed better. Breakfast is decent even though the variety is limited.

The bed is hard and not comfortable to sleep. We could feel something poking out inside the mattress. My partner and i wake up having muscle aches. Toiletries was poor. Housekeeping come early at 9.30am while my child still sleeping. Told them to come back later after we go out but they never did. There are some weird mouldy smell...

However & despite my title generally the hotel sort of works & sort of doesn't at the same time. Location: Occupies a commanding central location at the far end of Tanah Rata eg only five minutes from all the shops & restaurants. Reception & checking in: £50.00 per night which on the face of it is a good price until...

Read a lot of negative reviews about this place, and i stayed on the 3rd of March 2017. Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as i anticipated! 1) Room was sufficiently clean 2) the Super King sized bed was very good! 3) Brought my own towels BUT didn't need them - towels and pillow cases were clean and didn't smell weird...

Very close to bus station. Walking distance to the cafes and shops. Friendly staff. Wifi is only working in the reception. Nice big room. The bathroom wasn't clean and the towels smelled. Breakfast isn't that good. The welcome drink is warm water :-)

Despite reading about all the negative review, we went ahead with our plan. Arrived at night & greeted by a friendly FO staff. Gave us a nice room facing the mountain. The only lack would be the knowledge that staff was not sure what on New Year but that's fine. The Spa was disappointing. Perhaps bcoz there have 2 staff...

On entering the hotel the reception area is excellent BUT then the room is a let down for the price paid. We had insects squashed onto the wall a cracked toilet with mastic on it, the walls were marked there was cobwebs in one particular area, the door of the bathroom was rotten at the bottom. We had to leave...

We already had our problems at the check-in. The lady wasn't really friendly and first of all we had to pay some extra tax for our stay. Our room was in a different building. The room was nice eventhough the hotel was aged and has seen better times in the past. During the night you could hear the waterpipes runing,...

I've booked for a Mountain view Queen bedroom. Upon reaching, the front desk staff said there's no more such bedroom for us. Instead, they gave us two single bed and they will help us to join the bed into one. When I get in the room, first thing I checked was the balcony and also the Mountain view. There's no...
