I stayed for 3 nights for a birding break on Coll. The hosts were very friendly, the room was well equipped and comfortable, the food of excellent quality and it was real value for money. I can't think of anything negative and will be looking to stay here when i return and would recommend it to others. Thanks Paula and crew for helping make it a fantastic stay.
This is an excellent place to stay on the Isle of Coll ; five minutes' walk from the ferry. Accommodation beautifully maintained. Food superb, proprietor very welcoming, the whole ambience comfortable and relaxing. The view from the dining room across to Mull is exceptional. Cuckoos audible nearby, corncrakes seen and heard at RSPB reserve four miles away.
Possibly the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Comfortable and welcoming and the breakfasts outstanding . Great attention to detail and lots of advice on local attractions and services. I will be back.
This is a wonderful guest house right on the water's edge in this beautiful haven of peace and tranquillity. I had the room over looking the sea, a perfect space to relax after spending time discovering the delights of this island. Paula is a wonderful host and made me feel most welcome from the moment I stepped off the ferry along the lane. There is an excellent choice for breakfast and I get the impression that nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly return.
I recently had two operative staying in the Tigh-na-Mara Guest house on a bed and breakfast stay we were there for about one week. our intention was to eat in the hotel at night unfortunately due to the Covid 19 restrictions the hotel could not provide food for non-resident,s when we told Paula she was incredibly helpful and provided us with diner each night the food was excellent and Paula looked after our team very well.
