After having visited a busy wedding in Hvar town we looked for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay with a pool. We looked no further than these self catering cottages. The cottages are a true home away from home. It is so easy to buy your own shopping from the local shop 5min walk away and and keep drinks cool...

We stayed in The Quaich for 3 nights and loved it. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away from it all to just relax and soak up some sunshine. Chris and Mick were really welcoming and accommodating to us and our 10month old son. So much thought has been put into the cottages. The accommodation was simple...

The Quaich is tucked away in the quaint village of Vrbanj. It is a lovely central location for walking and seeing what the island has to offer. Chris and Mick are the perfect hosts going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Mick's taxi service is a great way to get to the towns and makes it very...

The Quaich Experience is a collection of three small self-contained holiday lets run by British couple Christine and Mick Connor. The accommodation is authentic/rustic having been carefully created out of some derelict outbuildings near to the Connor's home. It is set in a little village so you really get to experience what it is like to be a local on...

We felt absolutely at home here. My boyfriend and I visited for 4 days and it was a fantastic base for exploring the island and also being free to relax by the pool. Chris and Mick are brilliant hosts and offer as much or as little as you like. Always willing to whip you up a margarita by the pool...

The Quaich offers the experience of living in a small authentic island settlement on Hvar in Croatia combined with a welcome and service second to none. Our hosts Chris and Mick were fantastic and made us feel like we were members of their family. The Quaich consists of 3 cottages set around an idyllic central courtyard where it is possible...

We have just returned from 10 days at this lovely holiday destination. We had never visited Croatia before, so lots of firsts for us. I am very fussy about holiday accommodation, having owned holiday cottages myself. I found the Quaich to be excellent. From the moment we arrived it was obvious what a lovely relaxed ambience the Quaich has. Chris...

From the moment we arrived at The Quaich, we felt totally at home. Our cottage was full of rustic charm and so homely - not to mention being in the middle of a beautiful quiet village where the only sound was that of the grasshoppers. We were greeted by Chris and Mick who are the most amazing hosts, they presented...

Everything was perfect. The cottage was lovely with everything you would want. Pool was perfect and the food great. The owners of the quaich are as nice as any other place in the world. The village is the perfect spot from which to visit Hvar. I recommend to hire a scooter for 20€ a day which Mick and chris can...

What a lovely place, recommended to visit by friends we were pleased we followed their advice. If you want to be in a place where you feel like time stood still (but is still aircon and comfortable) then this is the place for you. No noisy nightlife but there is a village with a great restaurant close by. Probably not...
