We stopped here for the night on our way from Rome to Amalfi. Really gorgeous place renovated from a building dating from the 1500s. Our room was huge with a great view. We booked dinner in the restaurant. The owners were delightful from the parents (Father is chef and Mother serves) to daughter and soon to be husband. All lovely...

Nice and quiet hotel with a great garden and beautiful landscape view out of the room. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious Italian food. The relaxed atmosphere was a big difference to the crowded city of Rome, which is only 45 minutes driving away.

Breakfast was delicious and there was certainly enough to eat. The hosts speak limited english but enough to get by and still be very helpful with any...

What a wonderful place! Dating back centuries, the ambience of the hotel can only be described as gorgeous. What rural(ish) Italy is all about. Family run. Staff are extraordinarily helpful (only a little English spoken). Rooms are splendid and large. There a little gems of paintings and sculptures dotted around the place. The gardens and terraces are great to sit...

It was a really wonderful choice........once we had found it that is! It is an old manor house and felt very baronial. Rooms were varied, but all were comfortable...

We got lost, but the proprietor Caterina was kind enough to rescue us and guide us in after dark. We stayed two nights and felt like time travelers. This building was constructed in the 13th century, and has a rich history. It has been re-done with great respect for original details, and it is comfortable and beautiful. One night it...
