If you want to visit Ullapool and apprecciate natural, original and healthy stay you have to visit Barry! Wonderful view from the terrace and abundant home made breakfast, we really loved the SCOTTISH bread in Barry's version: yummy! We hope to see you again! Take care!

Warm and friendly B&B, very relaxed. It made a freshing change to have a vegetarian breakfast with freshly-baked soda bread (served with homemade yogurt). We were late travelling up on our first night and they were very accommodating.

Staying at Suilven was honestly one of the highlights of our Scotland trip. We drove in off the road, not knowing what to expect and we were immediately welcomed by Barry who was warm and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning. Breakfast was incredibly delicious, especially loved the cheese platter with all of the local...

Suilven is a fantastic bed and breakfast with welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrive and the breakfasts were always lovely (particularly the home made soda scones!). If you are vegetarian or vegan then you will feel very well looked after. The location itself is superb with great local walking, climbing...

Beautiful area, lovely b and b, friendly hosts. Ullapool's b and b's were full so we carried along driving north and spotted this b and b off the road. we were lucky to find they had a vacancy! What an idyllic spot, very quiet and tranquil. the room was small but fine for our needs; we had shared facilities but...

We stayed here during our North Coast 500 Road Trip. We had two ground floor rooms which shared a large ground floor bathroom. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean. This is a vegetarian establishment so if you want meat with your breakfast it's not for you. However, the breakfast is good. Staring off with the...

Spent two nights here recently, was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating, the food was beautiful (even though I'm not vegetarian, it was great) and the views were stunning! Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you very much!

I spent two nights at Suilven on a hillwalking weekend at the end of April 2016. On the practical side: a comfortable house full of character, a clean and tidy room and a very effective overnight drying room. I am not vegetarian but liked the breakfast. Right from the start Barry and Irene were helpful and welcoming but never intrusive,...

Very warm welcome from Barry to this beautiful B+B with incredible views across Loch Broom. A unique building full of character. Delicious home made breakfast. The service even stretched to a personally guided walk up Stac Pollaidh! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
