I visited here for a painting holiday. GIles And Louise are the perfect hosts and cannot do enough to please you, without being overwhelming. Louise provided us with some excellent meals including picnics, which were delivered to us when we were out for the day! My bedroom was very spacious and the gites are charming with plenty of room and...

Oh my, I've found a wonderful retreat perched on a hill with stunning views. I really wanted to keep it a secret but then I would love others to enjoy the experience . I joined a painting workshop with an inspiring artist, Soraya French, we had a spacious studio to work in once we returned from well chosen painting locations....

We returned to Manzac this summer for the second time having had a wonderful holiday here 2 years ago. This time 16 of the family came and we rented all 3 gites for 2 weeks. The setting is fantastic and so was the weather - pushing 30 degrees almost every day! As soon as we arrived, we all felt relaxed...

Another visit to Manzac and everything remains at the highest levels of service and quality. Giles and Louise operate their gites with continued enthusiasm, often going beyond what is expected. The gites themselves are clean, comfortable and roomy with excellent facilities and wonderful views across to the Pyrenees. The location is peaceful but close to local villages with their markets,...

Our second visit to Manzac after a gap of 5 years. The owners, Giles and Louise have created a wonderful venue for a family holiday. Perched on top of a hill in the beautiful unspoilt Ariege region of France, just south of Toulouse, they have built 3 fantastic gites from the remnants of the original farm buildings. All three are...

Manzac! There is not enough space to do justice to Manzac. Gies and Louise were excellent hosts and have created a haven in Manzac d'en Bas. We stayed with friends who have themselves visited Manzac several times and spoke often of how great it was. We were not disappointed. Giles and Louise have lovingly rebuilt Manzac to a very high...

We spent a week at Manzac d'en Bas. It's a lovely house and mansion located in picturesque landscape. The view from every angle is phenomenal. Thanks to the well equipped spacious kitchen, we had great home made meals (the local produce is really good). Kids enjoyed the pool, the loan, the neighbors' kids so much, we just stayed at the...

A friendly welcome by all the family not forgetting the dog ( who was very well behaved) The email information was well drafted and helpful so I knew exactly what to bring. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, At night with no light pollution I could see the stars while laying in bed. The home cooked food was excellent...

What can i say? This place has the most beautiful views i have ever seen and is the perfect place to sit by the pool and relax for a week or two. There's plenty to do locally if wanted. We went horse riding one morning which was very cheap and great fun. There's a tree climbing place with zip wires...
