The Atlantis, once a railway station on an old coastal line serving the plantations, is in a beautiful setting overlooking a rocky beach and the crashing Atlantic waves. The style of the interior is simple but luxurious, with colonial and nautical touches. Our room (3 Boys) had a beautiful four poster bed from which we could watch the waves and...

We loved our time at the Atlantis for a one night break from the busy West Coast of Barbados. It is so peaceful and serene and the perfect place to completely switch off. Our room was beautiful. All of the rooms are named after places on the East Coast and we stayed in Cattlewash. The hotel is rustic, classic, very...

Amazing view, great Caribbean food. Buffet lunch. We have been for a stop over for lunch on a day visit to Barbados. It was very busy and fully booked but we kindly still got a table. Many locals. We like to visit again!

Our family (14,17 and 2 old) spent the day on the east coast walking the beaches and enjoying the fierce east coast of the island. Our destination for lunch was the Atlantis Hotel (with no reservation). We did get a table, although I would highly recommend reserving as the restaurant was very busy by the time we left. Food was...

After a few days on the west coast, we traveled to the quiet east coast, and were dazzled by the wild beauty. Of course, we were able to appreciate everything all the more because of the elegance and hospitality provided by the Atlantis Hotel. We were fortunate enough to have a room right on the ocean, and loved keeping the...

Great service for the Wednesday pre Christmas lunch buffet. Lovely food at a very pretty spot overlooking Tent bay. Popular on buffet days so may need to book a table in advance. They have beautiful bedrooms too!

We stayed for three nights at the Atlantis Hotel prior to embarking on a luxury cruise. We were not disappointed at all. From the welcome cocktail through to our departure, the hotel and staff delivered throughout. We stayed in one of the ocean view rooms, which looks directly out over the Atlantic. The room was large with a four-poster bed,...

A small hotel on the east (Atlantic) coast. Very peaceful location, though our room (Three Boys) directly faced the sea which was loud at times, but the view was stupendous. The room was perfectly adequate with plenty of space, but not luxurious (as per 5 star for example). Service at the hotel was very good, and so were the meals,...

Still missing the old building for the memories, but you cannot complain for this new lovely settings. Good local food, good location on the terrace...hard to see any fault, and if you like you can stay for the night

We had a late lunch here on the terrace on a windy but sunny day. Our last day so we were treating ourselves and it was a good call. Venue was friendly and relaxed and we had a perfect table on the edge of the terrace overlooking the beach. Staff were attentive (a touch too attentive at times but all...
