We stayed here as a group of 8 people in one of the villas , and the place was spotless. I have to say the ladies on Reception in the building with the swimming pool etc are AMAZING and they're so helpful! They're a real credit to the company! I think the swimming pool and the rest of the facilities...

We stayed here for a week having refused the first allocated castle apartment as dated with no shower head facility even in one bathroom with a bright pink corner bath n pine panelling, bedrooms more like a youth hostel we eventually was offered a villa which was very nice by Mr Vance MD for the week and waivered the upgrade...

Delicious and enormous breakfast. Very friendly staff. I loved this place and just wish I had more time there to enjoy it. We used it as a base for st Andrews after driving from Edinburgh and it was perfect.

Two nights in a villa at Kilconquhar Castle estate, beautiful view over large green expanse, lovely villa if a wee bit tired, great welcome from reception staff. Pool and soft play area lovely for small children. And most importantly, pet friendly. However, be warned, over the same weekend I was totally ripped off by GreenMotion car rentals at Edinburgh airport,...

Eight members of our family shared two villas for two nights. We had a wonderful time and the quality and standards of accommodation were exceptional. Everything we needed was there and we felt at home. We had breakfast in the White Cockade Bistro on sunday morning and it was excellent. There was a huge choice and nothing was too much...

Always thought great pals value for money, not any longer. We booked up in sept/ Oct last year and arrived on Saturday the 5th March, nicely checked in, then went to our...

Lunch was lovely. Delicious home cooked meals. Good plate servings. Lunch was served in the Lindsey Room which was lovely and clean. As were toilets. One member of staff was excellent the other not so (we all have good/bad days)

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We experienced very poor customer service and very rude and unhelpful staff. The hotel is out of date and in need of modernisation and being refreshed. A real shame as we had been so looking forward to this trip away.

We stayed in a standard double bedroom. The room is not in the main building of the hotel but is on a row of rooms like a motel with a door leading directly outside (it was snowing). The room had been freshly painted and was not properly aerated - we awoke in the middle of the night with sore throats....

We had a timeshare exchange week in mid Feb. Apart from having to pay for electricity (£50 for a week in two bed villa) we had a brilliant week. Estate is lovely, peaceful and close to the beautiful villages of Lilconquhar and Elie ( on the coast). Unit was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Dinner...
