The hotel and the lady owner were as expected for a pleasant, slightly old fashioned B and B. But the gentleman who did not introduce himself but who I assumed was the other owner ruined the stay for me. He bombarded my children with what he considered jokes or educative instruction. In fact it was bossy, intrusive and peculiar. He...

Ann, the owner, is very welcoming and chatty, which I liked. The room, although old fashioned was really quite quaint with a lot of very brown large furniture and bottle green was the colour of choice for carpets, a wall, a bedspread and a towel. I was glad the sheets were a nice bright white! The sink in the room...

I stayed here for 1 night with my 11 yr old son. It had been chosen for us as he was filming in a commercial nearby. From outside the house looked lovely. We were welcomed by Ann the owner, who was lovely and knew the area well. She showed us to our room which was lovely with a double and...

Been visiting Llys Olwen for some considerable time and Ann and David have to be the best hosts on the Lleyn Peninsula. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it is drying wet bathing suits or golf attire, waiting up for a late arrival, or making special food for the grandchildren. The breakfasts are a delight, home made bread every day,...

This is an excellent B&B well located for the coastal path and full of delightful surprises. The breakfast was superb and Ann's home baking and conserves added an unexpected enjoyment to an already impressive breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The garden was full of interesting plants and was a perfect venue for a refreshing cup of tea...

The house and garden are charming, Ann, the hostess, was very welcoming, the room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was splendid. There was a living room for guests - although the television was on most of the evening, so I sat in the little front garden and chatted to other guests. All in all, an excellent B&B and...

Stayed here through a wet and windy February storm, and enjoyed the warmth and comfort. An excellent traditional B and B with several modern surprises. Recommended for a friendly Welsh welcome in and out of season!

Just an overnight stay , but made so welcome in this beautiful country guest house, set in beautiful grounds and tucked away from all traffic. Spotless comfortable room, and a great breakfast with the additional bonus of the GOM - do have a chat with him ! Thank you.

We recently stayed at this lovely little guest house which is tucked away in Morfa Nefyn. The area is stunning and the guest house is a beautiful detached house. The owners were warm and friendly and two of the nicest people you could ever meet. We were shown up to our room which was very Victorian looking. Lovely and comfy...
