When we arrived we had a warm welcome and everything was explained. We then proceded to our room which was very clean and well set up. We then tried out the bed( haha) it was very comfortable and we had a bangging time. The bed was very sturdy and just the right height. We had a very very good night... More

After a late night ferry crossing with kids we turned up at the premier inn at 3am. It was exactly what we needed.....no fuss and a speedy service as we zipped through with sleeping kids in arms. Room set up as we needed and hotel comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Reasonably priced.

Excellent accommodation, and excellent service!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, something I've come to expect in each Premier Inn I've stayed at. The room was neat and clean on arrival. I wouldn't choose any other Hotel/ B&B as I know I can rely on the same quality of accommodation, service and facilities offered, and the rates are very... More

We stayed here for two nights and were amazed at the friendliness of the Reception staff, the cleanliness and spaciousness. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with a choice of pillows. The room had everything we needed - glasses (not plastic cups like in so many hotels), tea and coffee in the room,... More

My wife & I stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were fantastic & friendly. We have stayed in Premier Inn Hotels in the past & have always had a pleasant experience. They provided us a cot for our son too 👍

Room spotless! Bed lovely & comfy. Crisp clean sheets & fluffy towels in the bathroom. Great sleep as very quiet. Only down side is breakfast. It's in the beefeater next door. Don't bother. Over cooked & over priced. Even simple toast was a task! Toaster so slow I waited forever for a slice...

I've stayed at many budget hotels throughout the UK...This has to be the best. Stylish, modern room for a great price. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate...I couldn't fault it if I tried. I've eaten at the adjoining restaurant many times before...It's always been spot on for service and food quality. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely rooms, comfy bed and nice staff. Room was far too hot, temperature went up to 25.5 degrees and we had the window open as wide as we could. Duvet too heavy. Dirty baby wipe on floor by the waste bin and previous guests knickers and pants in the drawer. Restaraunt opposite was nice and cosy, food good but staff... More

Premier Inn PT is located just off the M4, so some rooms may catch some noise from it. Nevertheless on the other side rooms are very quiet. Rooms are refurbished, and very comfortable beds. Bathroom is ok, however ventilation is very noisy. Breakfast and dinner is at the nearby Beefeater. Breakfast service is not extremely fast, and quality is not... More
