Blairs is a strong supporter in conservation and scientific research, hence an easy choice to travel too and support. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are perfect, the staff are unbelievably accommodating, and the location is outstanding. The HIGHLIGHT for me was the award winning quality of the food produced by chef Valentino and the rich inclusion of local Bahamian...

I don't always go fishing for bonefish, but when I do, it's at Bair's Lodge on South Andros. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms and beds, well maintained skiffs from which to fish, excellent guides who are patient teachers and fun to spend time with, well stocked open bar and delicious food that exceeds expectations. The management and house staff...

My Baylor ortho buddies and I have had a blast fly fishing with Brian McGeehan of Montana Anglers for a number of years, and we decided this year to go salt water and chase bonefish on fly. Without hesitation, Brian suggested Bair's Lodge, and without hesitation, I highly, highly recommend it to anyone else! The Lodge managers, Doug and Sue,...

I expected good fishing, tolerable lodging and nothing special on the food front. Actually the rooms are quite acceptable, clean, basic but the mattresses were firm, felt new. Towels plush, bathroom generous. The food however well exceeded our expectations-who knew this would happen. Really beyond what you should expect given the locale. The fishing...well it is fishing sometimes and not...

I was here with my brother for three days to go fishing and couldn't of had a better time. While the weather was not great part of the time the trip was still fantastic. The property managers Doug and Sue couldn't have done it any better, we didn't want for anything and they truly made the noticeable difference. Breakfast was...

We got there and we had a massive welcome at the airport, together with cold beers... And then the amazing adventure started! Managers: Dough and Sue are just amazing, the location is beautiful, all the members of the lodge and guides were just beautiful! To the point that I was actually in tears when I left! Cannot wait to go...

Recently I visited Bair's Lodge on South Andros, Bahamas for some bonefishing and relaxing. Everything was terrific, the angling, dining, accommodations staff and management. As well getting there is simple via Watermaker Air out of Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I suggest a week to get in the groove and truly experience the place, fishing and the whole breadth of the area....
