If you are looking for just a place to sleep that is close to a beautiful beach and pool, then stay here. Most of the hotel employees were encountered were friendly, but some were pretty rude. Mainly the women. They have a calendar of events and also people in the lobby willing to answer your questions. There is a very...

My husband and I took 2 nights here during our 2 week vacation to the Bahamas with my family. The rooms are outdated but decent. The bed was very comfortable. We had a problem with our room that was not resolved until the following morning but the lady at the front desk was excellent (thank you Colette !) and the...

Previous reviews scared us... We were extremely pleased with staff and service. They depend greatly on tourists and love Americans! Room clean, outdated yes but its the bahamas...who stays in the room anyway? Restaurant reasonably priced with good service. Ferry $5 round trip. Pool and beach awesome ;)

Worst vacation my wife and I were ever on! Plumbing hanging out of the tub, floor so dirty you have to keep your shoes on,ice maker only works on the third floor, and the people that work in this area only want the money in your wallet but arent willing to work for it! Worst food in the Bahmas for...

Great staff and a nice location. Pool was wonderful. Ferry was only $5 to TAino Beach where all the shopping and markets are. HINT: Make sure you buy beer from the market (much cheaper) and stock up on food, etc. there. Make sure you visit Domino's pizza, and for dancing the best place is Roosters!

We stayed a week over Christmas. The staff really made our stay memorable. We set out small nativity scene with a candle in the room and the housekeeping staff left us a lighter without even asking. As we heard from one of the staff, she was "full of jolly" even though she was working on Christmas. Freeport has some of...

This was a very old hotel more like a motel with all outside corridors and no elevators in this three-storey building. It costs $27 taxi fare for two people party plus $3 for each additional person to get here from the ship port. Hotel is located on the other side of Lucaya Port. There's a water taxi behind the hotel...

I only stayed for two nights but I had a great time. The woman at the front desk everyone is talking about wasn't there when I was. My friends and I were welcomed by a man who explained everything to us before check-in. After checking in we were given a tour of the resort and motel by a different man...

A TravelZoo deal that I couldn't resist (but should have), this hotel was a disappointment. The only warm and welcoming staff is trying to hook you into his time-share spiel, the facilities are dismal and the room is on a par with a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. The pool looks nice, but it was too cold to enjoy....
