My boyfriend and I stayed at the Bell Channel Inn from 4/29/16 until 05/01/16. Everyone was very friendly and took wonderful care if us!!! Even sang happy birthday to me! I stayed from the 11th of may to the 19th. If you are coming to Grand Bahama, bell Channel Inn is the place to stay. It's inexpensive and has a spectacular balcony waterfront view from the room. The rooms are very clean as well as the lobby and the building. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has wonderful food....

Love this hotel the staff is very friendly and helpful . Our room was cleaned daily ,fresh towels provided. Its close to Lucaya shopping area not to far from other restaurants eventhough theres one on property .The pool was clean . Overall a nice place yo stay with your family on a budget

This is a very nice hotel, close to Lucayan Marketplace and the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Genie is such a sweetheart, helped me with useful information and reservations. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed staying here, nice area, friendly staff. Beds okay, window unit for a/c was okay, had ceiling fan. Just very down to earth. The swimming pool was nice, it was cool to see lizards around the pool too.

From the moment we arrived and Genie met us out at the stairs our wonderful adventure began. My husband and I found ourselves with an extra night after checking out of our Time Share at Island Seas Resort and discovered the most charming and reasonably priced small, boutique hotel sitting right on Harbor across from Lucaya in Freeport on Grand Bahamas Island. We where planning to go to the Grand Lucaya Resort but when we noticed that the many Bahamian taxes increased enormously our rates, we decided for this hotel. The location is ideal in Port Lacaya. The staff is superb and the owners are genuinely caring. We are glad we found this jewel!!! The restaurant had great food and awesome drink specials. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Lacaya Market and on the public bus rout.

Should you need: coffee maker, kettle, shampoo, iron & ironing board or a roll away, laundry service or maybe a cab or a shuttle to the beach, then just call the front desk and they will be happy to assist you.Friendly and knowledgeable staff are available at the front desk 24 hours-a-day and the tour desk assistant, Genie, will give you a welcome drink and an orientation after you check-in regarding how to get around and which tours are being offered and she might even be able to find a discount or two on selected tours! The lobby has been newly updated and fitted with a comfortable sofa and a TV so you can catch up on all the news or get a chat with the ladies in the lobby while you wait for a taxi. You will also find a safe at the reception for your valuables. Bell Channel Inn also has its own restaurant & bar/lounge known as "Upstairs" where guests can enjoy drinks in the "No Stress Zone" after a long day in the sun. Upstairs is located on the top floor and has a beautiful view over the water, it is open from 7:30am -11pm, with Happy Hour from 5p.m.-7p.m. There is LIVE entertainment on Friday nights.
