It's a long swim out to reef, but once your out there it's amazing. I didn't get to snorkel whole reef as due to time constraints but out by the three rocks was beautiful. Especially back side of reef. We saw one sea turtle on way to reef. At low tide it's very shallow on way back to shore. They...

It was a great experience our cruise stopped at cruise port at freeport which is in an industrial area and we grabbed a cab for $20 per person round trip (30min each way/ make sure you arrange a time for your cabby to pick you up! )...

I have been to Paradise Cove now twice to go snorkeling. I love it every time I go. I will always go there when I am in Freeport, Bahamas. The customer service is professional, warm, and welcoming. The resort is secluded and absolutely beautiful!!! There are several water fun options besides snorkeling to enjoy. They also provide great food and...

We booked this trip before a cruise to Freeport. Our driver Nathan picked us up from the port and drove us to the beach. He told us about things as he drove along. The transportation was excellent. The snorkeling reef was awesome!!! The beach was clean. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent. The food is fair and not overly...

First time paddle boarding and the experience was phenomenal!!!! My family did the snorkeling and we were able to see turtles, jelly fish, sting rays and an array of fish. The staff was very profession from the time they met us at the cruise dock to the time they dropped us off. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

If you're headed to Freeport, this is a great day-cation. The staff is top-notch, and the snorkeling is fantastic. The food is very affordable and the drinks are cold. For novice snorkelers, no worries; they go over the ins-and-outs with a personal touch. We went with our 2 girls who have never experienced it, and they were comfortable after one...

Awesome place! The snorkeling is amazing! Sea turtles, Barracuda, amazing coral, Conch, loads of tropical fish. They have a grill area with a small menu....had the burgers and they were great! They have all kinds of water sport rentals and everything was in really good shape. The ocean is crystal clear. Plenty of room on the beach. Everyone working there...

For the short time we were there 2 days 3 nights we absolutely loved everything. Staying in the villas gave us beautiful views constantly. The staff is super friendly and there's always someone there to make sure you're safe. Closing the beach to the public at 6 is wonderful. We were basically alone on the beach for every sunset. Definitely...

Good Day, I'm sorry that you and your family had a bad experience at Paradise Cove. I would like to extend my apologies. I was not there the day your family visited Paradise Cove and would just like to get a better understanding of what happened. Our entrance fee is $4 per person, so when you said you paid $14...
