for a 4 starr hotel, started with room with air conditioning issues, very damp room, very expensive food for what we got breakfast including continental for over $50... not good. the beach is only available at low tide, staff was friendly but I would not recommend the place. spend the extra $ for <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<paradise island.

The bartender and the man who runs the place are both lovely, warm, helpful. But it's just an ok hotel. Little spit of beach. Convenient. Halfway between the airport and downtown Nassau. Stayed there only one night, took the jitney from there to Bay St. (which is fun! costs $1.25!), and it's not Atlantis, so there's that. Seems like it's...

We stayed two nights at the beginning an end of our week in the Bahamas. The general look and feeling is charming. The wood-floored rooms had furnishings with a heavy-boned, colonial cast that we loved. The staff was friendly and supportive at every turn. Though the appearance is well-kept, a number of functions were out of service, including the spa,...

We stayed here two nights due to a flight cancellation. Airline paid for part of the cost, we chose to stay here instead of at the airport. Our expectations were low as Nassau is not really our scene. We prefer quiet relaxing off the beaten path getaways. And this one sounded like that compared to the bustle of Nassau. It...

There is no doubt that the Marley Resort has great potential. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a fantastic looking property that appeared to have everything we were seeking (wifi, spa facilities, luxurious rooms, and a great location). The rooms are spacious, but we encountered an air conditioning problem on the first night (the system completely broke down). As such,...

Thank you for your comments, it does say on our website that the spa is open just yet. However, you can request in room spa services by appointment. Daily maid service is provided, you should have not had to ask for fresh towels. This will be addressed.

When my partner & I arrived, the chef presented us with an entire vegan menu. The food was great and we ate most of our meals there during our stay and got along well with all of the staff. It was quiet and relaxing with a private beach.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I are not the big, family resort type. So, if you are, you won't like the Marley Resort. This more of a boutique type place. It has a smaller number of rooms, and is tailored to those who don't want to stand in line to get food at a buffet, take...

First let me say that if you want to truly just enjoy the beautiful warm water and relax, this is your place. This 16 room compound is more like a home than a hotel. Having only been reopened for a little over 3 months (having been closed down for 3 years) the management is working hard to fix the things...

Jammin room. All rooms are named after a famous Bob Marley song instead of numbered. Resort is gorgeous! Right on the beach, but a taxi or bus ride away from the main downtown area and business district. Beach is small but beautiful. From what I learned during the visit, the resort is under new management and recently reopened. Management is...

We flew in for a short 3 day adventure and found the resort to be a diamond in the rough. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the resort and rooms are clean and furnished with absolutely lovely pieces. Just open a few months after renovation, there are still a few areas to be worked on. On our 1st day, we...
