Downtown location central and convenient. Friendly desk staff, OK room but never got hot water running. Only stayed 1 day. Pool area clean up was weak. Simple breakfast , limited selection, but what was there was good.

This small, little bed and breakfast we found was an ideal base for shopping, night life and Junkanoo Beach. Sure it's a basic hotel, not a five star resort, but the bar staff we're fun and friendly, all the staff we encountered were. It had a small restaurant with very reasonable prices and half decent food and free WiFi through...

The hotel offers plenty of local colour. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard with a pool and everyone has a small balcony with a couple of chairs. The restaurant was good and we ate there rather than venturing out. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This is good value compared with many other places in Nassau and totally...

Ok so this hotel is awesome as far as staff and location. Cost is affordable and hotel is very acceptable as long as you're not expecting luxury. I don't care about luxury because when I travel I am rarely in my room. BUT the only thing that will keep me from coming back is the bed and pillows. Actually I...

We only spent one night here on our way to the islands and as it was Saturday the music was VERY loud until 2am. We arrived after the 3pm check in time and had to wait 1.5 hours to get into the room to be told “they were busy and behind in cleaning”…not our problem get more cleaning staff. Once...

We were going to be spending a long weekend in Nassau and wanted to stay downtown without breaking the bank, and this place more than fit the bill. Lobby is colorfully decorated which I personally love (versus the sterile modern decor you're apt to find at chain places). Was also fun walking in and essentially being greeted by a parrot....

Stayed once for 1 night and a second time for 3 nights in Junior Suite both times. First time on ground floor near the pool with king bed (was noisy until midnight with live music coming from behind). Breakfast was included and basic but OK. Second time was on 1st floor facing the street with balcony (no breakfast) Two Queen...

It's a great location, near the ferry and Bay st. and the overall experience was good. We stayed one night here after 3 nights with a special offer at Atlantis Beach Tower. Atlantis was much fancier and the beds were super comfy so that set standards that were harder for Towne Hotel to live up to, but if I'd gone...

After coming back to my room, I found out that my toothbrush had black stain on it. I took a whiff and it definitely smelled like feces. Since they cleaned my room, I figured that the housekeeper might have used my toothbrush to clean the toilet "better". TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY CUSTOMS AND COUNTRY. What is more anger provoking was...

I'd give this place four stars if it wasn't for the price gouging strategy. Our room was advertised on Booking.com as $136/night. The hotel then charges VAT $10.20/d, Levy $8.16/d and a very dodgy service charge of $24/d when you arrive. Never seen a hotel have so many surcharges. Hotel costs 31% more in the small print than is advertised....
