We visited Wales for the first time in March. Hotel was lovely and warm and staff very attentive. I liked the fact that you could borrow DVDs and watch in your room, it made you feel at home and was a really nice break as a couple. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and the food was really...

My family and i are from Barry, so live around an hour away and go for a spa holiday here every year, if not twice a year. Have been with family and as a couple previously and it is perfect for everyone. Very relaxing atmosphere that even smells lovely. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy also, the factor that...

Most unusual but every one of the large staff were friendly, pleasant and were always smiling. (Not many hotels have this) Our room was large, quite basic, but very clean. We had lunch, and evening meal which were really excellent. Again at evening meal time staff were great with a special mention to Helen and James. An excellent visit but...

Not a great place to stay if you actually want to sleep. Way too noisy, boiler noises all through the night and can hear every thing the room next door are doing. Pool, sauna and steam room were nice however the hot tub was not hot and the jets were only working in half of the hot tub.

Had a great stay at hotel. Evening meal was excellent. As a veggie I enjoyed the goats cheese and spinach pancakes, delicious! As was the sticky toffee pudding, enough for both my husband and I. Loved swimming in the pool by myself in the evening, brilliant way to end the day. Hubby really enjoyed his off road motorbike experience.

I would like to start by describing the wonderful, warm welcome we received when we entered the restaurant - unfortunately I can't because we didn't receive one. I was told that they had no record of my booking, questioned about when I had made the booking and dismissed to lounge area. Eventually seated we ordered our starters and main meal....

Family and I lunched today. Some of us had starters which were all enjoyed. Good portion size and great vegetarian selection. It was hard to choose! Mains again were fab and great choice for vegetarians. Good quality and portion size. Desserts were fantastic and feeling very full now! Great service and look forward to returning. Thank you!

We have been coming here for years but it has been some time since our last visit. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious, modern and clean. The pool is always fab and the gym was good too-although some of the equipment seems dated. The best thing about this place is the friendly staff, the atmosphere of...
