Visited this beautiful place on top of a very steep very high hill top.(very good all round exercise). Lush gardens, saw the massive (Humongous)cruise ships that come in. Food 🍴 wonderful, well seasoned & plentiful.. No complaints there. Staff were absolutely wonderful & very helpful. Weather was so marvellous.. Hot hot every single day. Rooms were very well air conditioned....

Is not really a hotel, is a time share, I stayed as a guess and the rooms are old, but clean, Wi-Fi service is bad, goes on and off and please don't call the front desk, they will not help you. Front desk employees have a very bad attitude therefore the service they provide is poor and lack of manners.

This was our first visit to St Thomas, and I was nervous about the hotel accommodations . The price was so reasonable, and there was no beach! What a wonderful hotel, though ! The rooms were large and clean, very pretty pool, and great restaurants on site. The view from the pool , and most of the rooms was of...

Enjoyed our visit and the property continues to improve. Bluebeard’s is a Timeshare Resort that also rents available rooms. The reviews sometime seem inconsistent from travelers, probably because there are slight variations on rooms due to the 4 different associations at the Castle. We stayed in Hilltop ll, the room is spacious with an amazing view of the harbor. It...

If you want to feel if you are begging for something, then that's the type of employees for that job. They are the rudest persons in a hotle business. Beside the inconvinient, this chep hotel dosen't provide maids to do the room , so basically you have to clen the room and take out the garbage. Also, all the maintanance...

Stayed in room that had a great view, but room was in bad shape. Broken tiles on floor, not really very clean. Really needed updated. The staff at the front desk are not especially very friendly. The staff getting cabs and luggage were great. Restaurant staff was very good as well. If you stay be sure to ask for a...

Went with my 3 year old son and my husband, and we had a wonderful time here. Went and grabbed breakfast every morning by the pool, which was good with fast service. I attached a photo of the view I had when eating breakfast one morning. The pool isn't the biggest but big enough and had a jacuzzi as well....

I found the staff at the hotel to be less than helpful- they all seemed to relate on a basis of - if I have to I will help! The room was over priced to be sure but they get away with it due to the location. Great views of he town below and harbor areas. The restaurant with a...

Our room was spacious and had washer dryer and stove top, with a great view. It was a very nice room. The concierge was alright. The waitstaff at the Room with a View and Banana restaurant were also very nice. However the pool was not kid friendly, it was sort of run down. As well the sheet and pillow case...

Dear Kelly S, We are fully committed to providing our guests a wonderful experience at the Castle and we accept our responsibility to do so. We realize that we’re only as good as our most recent effort and that like all businesses, on occasion; we may fall short of your expectations. Again, thank you for your candid feedback. Bluebeard's Castle is an historic property dating back to the 1600's. The resort occupies an entire hilltop with spectacular views overlooking the harbor and town of Charlotte Amalie. Its signature red rooftops are among the first sights for arriving cruise passengers. The resort includes a centuries-old fortress bearing the name "Bluebeard," after the infamous pirate, and check-in takes place in the former residence of the Danish governor of the island.
