My wife and I bookended our week of cruising the beautiful BVIs with stays at this resort. Our first night was fine, and the room was comfortable, if a bit dated. The staff was attentive (in a sort of casual, Caribbean way), and the grounds were nice. We sampled the pools, the Rumbar and a meal at CoCo Joe's. All...

The Views of this Hotel on EVERY corner are AMAZING. The room at the Harbor Wing was BIG and COMFORTABLE. The balcony needs more attention. Probably parts of the structure of the Hotel needs a little bit of work or renovation but in general the property is BEAUTIFUL. The Hotel has a GREAT BEACH, 2 VERY NICE pools, BARS, RESTAURANTS...

You can walk from the hotel, along the beach to Havana Blue, have great drinks see local wildlife. Great food at a number of venues, fund shopping. A gem in the Marriott portfolio. Great staff, lots of fun. Excellent value.

This resort is in a perfect location literally right on the beach. However the resort itself leaves much to be desired. Room was small and you could hear noises from adjointing rooms. Accomodations were relatively basic but did have a lockbox, fridge and a microwave. On the plus side there were eating facilities (expensive of course) on site and complimentary...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and we really enjoyed ourselves. The scenery is beautiful and the staff members we encountered were friendly. The rooms seemed a little outdated but it didn't bother us too much. Due to where the hotel is located, there were lots of stairs to walk on in order to get from the...

This Marriott needs a makeover badly. It is too old. It does have a good location but the rooms and all public areas need a makeover. We saw a rat run on the side of the hotel. Our hotel room vent was old and spitting mold and mildew at us the first night. They came and repaired the vent but...

Attended a conference at the Frenchman's Reef - attendees were placed in different rooms so I was able to hear their varying opinions of their room locations. My room was located on the third floor and had a view of the ocean/tennis courts - the room was comfortable and quiet. The room was clean but a little tired - given...

This is Day 5 of our stay. From the moment we arrived we have been disappointed. Since we are a family of five, when we booked the trip, we reserved two adjoining rooms. Exceeded expectations. Easy walk to the beach with several very good restaurants to choose from. The staff couldn't have been nicer helping out with activities, restaurant reservations and local recommendations. The island is pricey but the Marriott gave out a discount card for dining and shopping - every attention to detail helped make this a great time.

The resort has 5 dining restaurants that are all mediocre outside of Havana Blue. We ended up here 3 of 6 nights. It's amazing. The property needs updating but the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.
