we just got back from 5 days on the most beautiful island with the most beautiful waters and friendly people! This was our second time on Turks and Caicos, the last time we stayed at Grace Bay Club, but we were taking the entire family which included a 2 and a 4 year old. we knew that grace bay club... I stayed here for a week with family. First off, let me just say if this is a family trip, I recommend somewhere else. This place is very couples oriented. The hotel and attractions are set up for couples, and romance, so if you are going on a family trip I would recommend another hotel. With that being said, this... More

If you are looking for wild nights, dancing the evening away, this is not the place for you. However, for relaxation in it's purist form, The Sands At Grace Bay was wonderful. So lets start with the check in process. 5 Minutes and we were escorted to our room. Small lobby, there for information purposes only. Front desk, Concierge, Bell... More

We stayed here for a week in November and it was amazing. We were offered complimentry punch on our arrival and the staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was a 2 bed studio apartment with ocean views and was spacious, clean and modern. The grounds were kept clean and tidy and the staff were always gardening/tidying. We ate... More

My husband and I and another couple just returned from our vacation and stay at the Sands in the first week of November. For my husband and me, this is our 5th visit and stay at the Sands. It has been about 6 years since our last visit, and we were a little disappointed in our stay this time. The... More

My husband and I were at the Sands 10/27 for 8 days on our first trip to Turks and Caicos. Check in was easy and the rum punch was great. On the way to our room I was telling my husband it may be small as we just booked an ocean front studio however when we walked in we were... More

We researched all the hotels on Grace Bay and went with The Sands since we got a great deal for 9 days this past August. I had read mixed reviews on TripAdvisor and Oyster so I wasn't sure exactly to expect... We booked a studio with ocean views as no ocean front rooms were available when we booked. On oyster.com... I have mixed feelings about this place: when we arrived they had set us up in a 2 bedroom apartment that was supposed to be ocean view and was VERY far from the sea. we had to really spend almost an hour and be very stern to get upgraded to ocean front (of course we paid the difference) which is... Thank you for the feedback. All rooms that have a view of the ocean are considered ocean view. It does not necessarily mean you will be close to the ocean. I am glad to know that you enjoyed your new room. I have passed along your other concerns to be address immediately by department heads. More

So far the food is great. Staff is friendly and is always there to help you. The hot tub is amazing, even when it is raining. You have to walk to white sandy beach and enjoy the sights and endulgle in some kind of tour or just enjoy the sights. There is many restaurants close to all the hotel that... More

We recently spent five nights at the Sands; our first time staying somewhere other than the Turks and Caicos Club (now known as The Beach House). The Sands is located on a nice stretch of Grace Bay; close to Ports of Call, but not walled-in by resorts on each side of the property. We stayed in a one-bedroom oceanview suite... More
