This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos. This was a beautiful property with lush gardens, gorgeous beach (white sand and turquoise water), nice pools and sitting areas. We had a 1 bedroom condo and it was spotless and very well appointed. The Pelican Bay restaurant on site had great food and friendly service. We stayed in Building #6...

My husband and I visited the Royal West Indies Resort to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary, we stayed from April 5th-April 9th, 2017. The resort (front desk) staff was very welcoming and helpful, Pelican Bay staff not so much. The room was clean as were the premises, hotel guests were also very friendly. My suggestions would be to add...

This is our third stay here and we always enjoy it The staff is great and the atmosphere is very laid back The one bedroom suites offer a really good value and you can do meals in the room One note-grab your beach chairs early. Perfect spot to go and relax!

Resort is amazing and the beach and water is absolutely gorgeous, but restaurant onsite is fairly pricey. Best to go to the local grocery store and bring groceries back to your suite. Also, taxis to go anywhere can be expensive too-if you're comfortable driving on the other side of the road, I'd recommend renting your own car-it'll be cheaper. Also,...

Most hotels on Provo are either slightly garish (think Regent Seven Stars) or generic feeling condo hotels. The Royal West Indies is one of the original hotels on the island, and feels just a bit more like it belongs. Truth be told, nothing on this island is very Caribbean; one might as well be on the west coast of Florida....

I was underwhelmed with the resort all things considered. The grounds are well maintained and the room is appropriately priced for what you get. Granted the weather when we were there was choppy and not typical, but just didn't feel like I was getting the best the Island had to offer. The best part of this resort is the location...

First time traveling to Turks and Caicos and found a jewel in the Royal West Indies Resort. Everything was perfect! Beautiful beach, fantastic restaurant/bar, well maintained grounds, clean room (with lots of extra amenities), friendly and engaging staff. As I prefer a smaller resort it fit the bill completely. We spoke to guests that had been coming back to the...

My husband and I visited Turks & Caicos for the first time and fell in love with Providenciales. We wanted to avoid large all-inclusive resorts as they tend to be noisy and busy with young families and holiday makers. I found the Royal West Indies through an agent and researched it online. It is a small resort on Grace Bay...

Great location, amazing beach, confortable beds. Would return. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of mosquitoes inside the room and the service at their restaurant, the staff seemed to be in a mad mood most of the times. Outside the restaurant the service was great

This was our fourth stay at the Royal West Indies and it was perfect. Our condo was beautiful, having maid service everyday is a huge plus. What makes this resort so appealing is a combination of things: the units are beautifully decorated, the grounds are so well maintained and pristine, there is a lovely resteraunt on site, the beach and...
