First time traveling to Turks and Caicos and found a jewel in the Royal West Indies Resort. Everything was perfect! Beautiful beach, fantastic restaurant/bar, well maintained grounds, clean room (with lots of extra amenities), friendly and engaging staff. As I prefer a smaller resort it fit the bill completely. We spoke to guests that had been coming back to the...

My husband and I visited Turks & Caicos for the first time and fell in love with Providenciales. We wanted to avoid large all-inclusive resorts as they tend to be noisy and busy with young families and holiday makers. I found the Royal West Indies through an agent and researched it online. It is a small resort on Grace Bay...

Great location, amazing beach, confortable beds. Would return. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of mosquitoes inside the room and the service at their restaurant, the staff seemed to be in a mad mood most of the times. Outside the restaurant the service was great

This was our fourth stay at the Royal West Indies and it was perfect. Our condo was beautiful, having maid service everyday is a huge plus. What makes this resort so appealing is a combination of things: the units are beautifully decorated, the grounds are so well maintained and pristine, there is a lovely resteraunt on site, the beach and...

We stayed at the RWI for 10 days in February and we absolutely loved it. It is located on the famous Grace Bay Beach and is walking distance to the downtown core (or you can take one of the many bicycles provided for free at the hotel). If you wish to walk it's only 10 to 15 depending on how...

This was our third annual week-long visit to RWI; we love it. The updated TV service is much more reliable and offers a wide range of channels including FoxNews, MSNBC, CNBC for news-junkies. The picture froze a few times but the audio continued (returning to normal within 30 seconds in most instances). On prior trips, watching TV was an exercise...

Stayed in a studio botanical room near the quiet pool for about a week....beautiful gardens, clean pools, very relaxing, clean uncrowded beach w/ soft sand and turquoise waters. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant staff was very helpful in advising what menu items would be ok with our shellfish allergies.

This was our third stay at RWI and we love it there! We are not high maintenance travelers who need to be waited on and pampered. We prefer smaller boutique type resorts and which is why this property is perfect for us. ROOM: We rented a one bedroom unit directly from the owner in the oceanfront building #1 so I...

We booked oceanfront rooms, but the resort was so lovely that any room would have been perfect! Views, location, on-site restaurant, and friendly professional staff made this resort a "gem" for us. Would definitely return but for a less expensive room next time. Worth the ocean view for a first time, but the resort is lovely throughout.

Wifi is terrible and intermittent. Not at all useful to getting in internet. Rooms are nice enough. No service amenities at beach other than someone to give towels . Should Serve drinks. Restaurant is not much of an offering with average food. No fitness room. Front desk staff helpful.
