As usual, Hyatt meets all my requirements for a lovely mini getaway. Fantastic people, food and atmosphere. I really appreciated the late check out as my girls had a longer time to enjoy the pool. Wonderful and relaxing.

I went to Trinidad last June and was amazed by the great service and hospitality at the Hyatt! Everyone from the front doorman to the maid to front desk were excellent! I was born and raised in Trinidad but have been living in Canada for over 15 years and I can tell you that this hotel really made me proud...

Good location. on the water. Close to the Ariapita scene and a short drive to MovieTown. I loved the open air bar/restaurant on the water. Rooms were very clean, however, my room's security latch was malfunctioning. Given the fact that I'm a black belt in karate (haha,jk), I didn't feel too threatened, but I notified the front desk on check...

Rooms have a great view of the Gulf of Paria. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. Food and drink is expensive, and not particularly imaginative, but of decent standard. This is Port of Spain, not New York, for its' location, it does a pretty good job. Sushi bar is good and the breakfast selection is comprehensive.

Second stay at this hotel after a 4 years. Still the best place to stay in POS. Good size rooms, good food and beverage selection and close to the main town. Gym was crowded at peak time fine outside, service at the cafe was a bit Caribbean - 3 staff talking, none bothering to serve me, but front desk and...

Truly this was a wonderful weekend getaway at the Hyatt to celebrate my nephew's birthday. I have no complaints about service received at the Hyatt. The check in process went smoothly. We enjoyed the complimentary drink given to us by staff. The front desk receptionist was very polite and helpful and granted the request for the family to stay on...

If you visit Trinidad make sure you stay at the Hyatt Regency. It is the best property on the Island hands down! They have a really nice breakfast buffet you can enjoy on the patio with a view of the harbour. The sushi is so fresh and some of the best I've had anywhere in the world! If you enjoy...

Lovely staff, big quiet rooms (ask for sea view), great fitness room, breakfast outside a must (at 6:30 to watch Super Fast Galicia docking) and nice bar food / staff. It's a shame that it's not safe to walk anywhere, especially after dark! End
