I will start with the Pros: Excellent location, literally 1 minute away from Long Circular Mall by car, and right at the start of all the j'ouvert action in Port of Spain. It was extremely close to all the carnival activities that my husband and I walked Monday and Tuesday from Woodbrook where our band finished back to the hotel....

I spent a few days at the Ambassador Hotel in August 2014 and the experience was horrible, horrible. My wife and I were with a group, and when we arrived we were greeted by big mosquitoes in the lobby, after arriving in the island late in the night and being very tired after flight delays, we had a further wait...

Pros: The Location: - It is good, near to St. James the city that never sleeps with all the local dishes and drinks. Close to malls Long Circular and Movie Town. Not to far from Maracas and Macaripe the best beaches in Trinidad. Lovely view day and night. Cons: The staff needs some training in customer service. The price is...

I stayed here because I was in Trinidad for a relative's funeral .The room was dirty, and smelly and the carpet was stained with a white substance. The manager apologized and gave us another room which looked relatively clean , to our horror the sheets were dirty and stained and the shower was even dirtier. The TV did not work and...

I have travelled to many countries and stayed at various hotels, but I have no hesitation in saying that this is the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed in my 27 years as a world traveller. It is a disgrace and shame and paints Trinidad & Tobago in a horrible light. It should be closed down by the...

I stayed here for 10 days on business. This hotel covered all the basics. My bed was really comfortable. Property was secure with 2 staff on duty at all times. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly. Wifi worked really well. Pool is nice with a nice view. AC worked in the room. There was a very good laundry...

I used to enjoy staying at this hotel up until 2010. That year my toilet could only flush by someone pouring water from the pool in it. Half my stay I had no water to shower. So if I needed to shower I had to get up extra early to catch the water. Now tell me who wants to get...

Very well could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed in a room for one night for an event at the hotel pool. We were in the Executive Suite which was a joke. The room was dirty, the shower had only one sliding shower door and it was broken, there was no waste basket in the entire...
