Did a recent trip to Trinidad. Stayed at the Hilton Trini. Hotel is comfortable, you tend to get confused when your elevator goes down instead of up. Do recommend you stay at the main building (to avoid walking). Though new added rooms are really nice also. Sushi place is good downstairs, buffet and bfast are quite pricey! Yet, prices are...

We are a group of doctors working at a local hospital who have visited Trinidad many times. This is the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff are friendly and efficient, food was consistently good, rooms have good facilities and there is no better place to sit with a beer in the evenings than on the terrace with the...

Stayed here for 4 nights for a meeting. The hotel has been extensively refurbished, the rooms are very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The WiFi, although free, was very poor in the hotel rooms and keep tripping out. Meals were wel presented but I think the prices were a bit high. Conference facilities were adequate

Thank you for your response. The complimentary Wifi has limited bandwidth and heavy demand. The upgraded bandwidth is more suitable for persons demanding more activity like streaming, opening large files or similar activities. Thank you for staying with us.

Stayed there for two nights while in town on business. The rooms were in great shape and workout area is great. Wifi was good throughout hotel. But the restaurant is definitely overpriced for the quality of food and the wait staff is extremely slow. Went for a run around the park, which is a short walk from the hotel. The...

Good value for money except at Carnival time when prices are just overpriced. The rooms are a bit older but overall good shape. I'd like to see improvement in customer service. The little things make a stay memorable .

Visited Hilton for a birthday tea with friends. Several years ago Hilton's tea was well known as among the best in the country. Then came the never ending renovation and the quality of its tea dropped off- poor selection and no effort. Decided to try it again after a few years. This had to be the most disappointing of all....

When living in POS, my late wife and I would occasionally visit the Hilton where there were small boutiques, and, of course, drink and dining opportunities. 33 years after I left, the Hilton was the only hotel in town that I thought I really remembered. How wrong! It's been upgraded - obviously, some work had to be done since 1983!...

Best option in Port of Spain. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. In house services were excellent. Best hotel gym I've EVER used. Upside down floor system is unique. Hotel is built on the slope of a beautiful hill overlooking the city and harbor. The hotel itself utilizes the hillside to incorporate the trees into your view both inside the...

very old building, the carpets are old and smell like old carpets, the food is extremely expensive: USD 24 for a black coffee, a toast and a boiled egg, 33 dollars for the buffet, bad taste eggs, a hair in my croissant...
