I stayed with my parents at this hotel to bring in the new year together. Congratulations to your staff for making this occasion a happy, fantastic and stress free one. From efficient service at reception, to impeccably clean and comfortable rooms, I must commend your housekeeping team, especially Ms.Joanne Roach, for always checking in on us and ensuring that our...

Airy and compact with rooms that are "upside down" as the locals say. When you walk in the front you go downstairs to access the hotel lobby and rooms. The place is clean and compact with friendly excellent service. It does have some historical significance as it once housed the government offices.

The location, layout and rooms are all very nice. However the service was exceptionally terrible. The main issue seemed to be understaffing and attitude of the staff, as many were not particularly helpful or polite. As a Hilton Gold member, this was particularly disappointing. There was no concierge since they were on vacation or something, so the operator was trying...

My Husband and I stayed at Hilton to attend his Company's Christmas Event which was held at the Conference Centre. We got to the Hotel for check in at 3:20 pm or so and was disappointed by the slow check in process. There was a very long line of other persons checkin in, however only two agents were present. Eventually...

My family and I booked six rooms to spend New Year's Eve at the hotel so we can bring in the new year together. I must say everyone made our stay so memorable that we felt quite at home! Special thanks to Mr. Bolton, Ms. Allisha, (Front desk) Ms. Joanne Roache, Ms. Lisa Awong, Ms. Esther Gumbs (House Keeping team)...

The rooms were well done and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant but the only thing I disliked was some external parts of the building could do with a paint job. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone interested.

I had visited this property for business on two occasions; in the summers of 2011 and 2013. The hotel was well-maintained; tastefully furnished and well appointed on an elevation with an extensive veranda at the lobby level which gives a great view of Queen’s Park. As a side note it is known as the upside-down hotel (higher floor with lower...

I visited the Trinidad Hilton in December 2015, my fourth stay in four decades. This is now a classic hotel that was obviously grand and modern when it opened in 1962, when T&T became an independent nation. I like the 60’s architecture (including the Brady Bunch staircases), and some of the furniture and the paintings that reminded me of another...

Excellent hotel, exceptional views, fantastic proximity to attractions, scrumptious food, exotic location, clean and comfortable rooms, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating, walking distance to the zoo, the Queen's park savannah (the world's largest traffic round about) and to the country's capital Port of Spain.
